How to scrobble on Spotify and Last.fm

If you are not familiar with the term “scrobbling,” it refers to activity recorded in a journal. In other words; Cleaning Spotify and Last.fm means the music you are listening to is being followed! A useful and fun feature, browsing these two services works on all devices; all you have to do is connect the two services.

To do this, you must log into both accounts. Go to Last.fm account and click on your profile picture in the corner. Click Settings, then click Applications. Here you can connect other services to your profile, this includes Spotify.

Select the Login option next to Spotify Scrobbling and confirm access to the Spotify account. There you have it, you are ready to go.

Tip: To cancel the connection, just repeat the steps above and click Disconnect next to Spotify Scrobbling instead of Connect; your accounts will no longer be connected.
