PS5: Is the coil noise problem really due to a sticker?

Do you remember when we told you about the supposed Coil Whine problem that some PS5 suffer from? Well, there are important news.

Judging from the reports available on the net, many players have come across a annoying buzz coming from the PS5, which overlaps with the classic fan noise. This is commonly believed to be the Coil Whine problem, which is caused by the vibration of electronic components through which electricity passes. One gamer, however, wanted to see clearly and took apart his PlayStation 5 piece by piece by making a sensational discovery: A misplaced sticker was found near the fan touching the rotating fan blades, causing the annoying hum. After removing the label and closing everything, the noise has literally disappeared! Obviously, the noise that many associate with Coil Whine, in some cases, like the one we are considering, is actually of an entirely different nature.
