Pirates are playing Tekken 8 again before anyone else. The beta has been hacked no less than 10 days before its release

Tekken 8 is Bandai Namco’s massive bet for early 2024. A premiere set for January 26 for which the Japanese continue to give us long teeth with paths betas multiplayer between now and the premiere. The next one will take place next weekend, from the 20th to the 23rd ofOctober, but there are those who have accessed it before on PC, without permission obviouslyand endangering the viability of betas on the platform.

This is not the first time we have seen something like this happen, not only in the fighting game landscape, but in Tekken 8 itself. The fighting game saw last June how a series of players accessed the files of the beta and removed all restrictions on playing early, even after it had closed. Now, the game Tekken 8 once again sees how some players have accessed the game, eliminating barriers and being able to play 10 days before of the next beta.

The problem, although it was actually an advantage for those hoping to play it legally, is that Bandai Namco enabled the game preload on Xbox and PC consoles last day October 10th. With this and a certain skill and skill, certain users have been able to access the game and enjoy the beta, without an internet connection of course, before everyone else.

Of course, this “early access” has led to the subsequent upload of images and videos of the game to social networks. This gives us a curious, and worrying, panorama on this platform. It is not the first time that we have seen certain studios limit their previous tests to consoles in the face of the danger of a possible or, in this case, the file hacking to play it before enabling the servers.

When can we start playing Tekken 8?

As we have mentioned, the beta will begin next Friday, October 20, to conclude just 3 days later, on the 23rd of the same month. Of course, Bandai Namco offers us everything on a plate and has given us the start and end time of the beta. This will begin at 10:00 a.m. (Spanish peninsular time) and will close the Monday at 9:00 a.m..

XDefiant has an open beta this week, although you have a very limited time to participate. Here are all the details

XDefiant, Ubisoft’s new competitive game, has announced a new testing phase open beta for this same week; which is great because previous versions operated only under registration and not all of them took place in Europe. If you want to play, you have a chance this week, although it will only last a few hours; so it’s a good idea to preload beforehand.

XDefiant beta date and time

  • September 28 21:00 – September 29 3:00
  • Mainland Spain time
  • Preload available from September 26
  • Preseason content available
  • Platform: PC (global)

According to those responsible, the content of the PTS is not subject to Confidentiality agreementsso if it doesn’t suit you to play for whatever reason, at least you can see videos or live broadcasts of the game. “When available, these sessions will serve as a platform for us to experiment with new features and configurations throughout the year, where we can gather your valuable impressions before launching them in the following season,” reads the official XDefiant website.

In case you weren’t up to date, XDefiant has become a new obsession for Call of Duty enthusiasts: thanks to its mobility and sensations of control, at the moment the game is well on its way in terms of popularity. It remains to be seen how it will fare in the final version, which will be released for free on PC and next-generation consoles and a roster of characters from different factions and personal abilities.

Evil Dead: The Game: Closed Beta Testing Phase for Xbox Insiders

Image: Saber Interactive

A beta test phase for Evil Dead: The Game starts this weekend, in which every Xbox Insider has the opportunity to take part.

The Xbox Insider Program always offers interesting benefits and news for Microsoft platform enthusiasts. Anyone in the Insider Program can actively participate in the design of the Xbox platform, be it with feedback on new functions, advance installations of operating system updates or, as in this case, the Participation in closed beta testing phases.

The only requirement to enter the Insider Program is to download the Xbox Insider Hub app on your Xbox and accept the terms and conditions. This app gives you the opportunity to take part in the closed beta of Evil Dead: The Game from March 25th to March 28th.

Evil Dead: The Game is a cooperative 4 player PvP game in which you either face the demons and undead as one of the heroes or try to bring the heroes to their knees in the guise of the demons.

Some quick information about the closed beta:

  • Participation in the beta will be based on the principle “First come first serve“ distributed, so you should be quick here.
  • Since the test is a product that is still in development, the content must be treated confidentially, so neither screenshots nor videos will be allowed.
  • The testing phase begins on March 25th at 10 AM Pacific Time (PT), 6 p.m. our time and ends on March 27th at 11:59 PM PT, which is March 28th at 8:59 a.m. for us.

As I said, this is only a beta phase, so constructive feedback on an unfinished product is very welcome and, as always, fun should of course be the priority.

Doing it is the easiest thing in the world, and it is that you only have to go to the company’s website, register your beta tester account and sign up for Space Marine 2 test.

The “bad” part of this is that we are still missing the most important piece of information: beta dates. On the other hand, being a closed beta It may be that, even if you sign up, you will not get to participate. Still, it’s worth trying. XDefiant will be supported for a “long time”; closed beta may be extended

After a time of absence, we have recently been able to share some more information about Ubisoft’s XDefiant. A closed beta is now underway and in talks with MP1st Patrick Price takes a closer look at the future of the multiplayer shooter.

The former Call of Duty pro, who now works at Ubisoft, says that XDefiant is not a simple release and that the game is then finished. Price says they hope they can support the shooter long after release. For example, we can think of updates with new content and new seasons, so that’s something fans can keep in mind if they decide to get started with the game.

Meanwhile, the beta is not yet going as hoped. Ubisoft has already rolled out a number of updates to stabilize the situation. Executive producer Mark Rubin has already indicated on Twitter that he is fed up with the problems that have (or have been) and that Ubisoft is considering extending the closed beta once things have improved.

Oh, and if all goes well and the servers finally gain some stability then I think we should look at extending the Beta but I have to see what that would mean for team.
