AC Valhalla Tattoo Bug: What to do?

Why can’t you change your hair and tattoos in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla? How can you do that? Fix tattoo bug and what can you do if you can no longer interact with the tattoo artist? One or two players who play the open-world adventure from Ubisoft may be asking something similar over the last few days. In your own settlement, Hraefnathorp, you can change Eivor’s tattoos in addition to your hair from the tattoo artist, which you can unlock as you progress through the game and also buy them from merchants. To do this you simply have to go to the tattoo artist in the settlement and talk to her. Recently, however, there seems to be a problem for some players; more precisely, they can no longer interact with the NPC. The question arises, how can you fix the tattoo or tattoo artist bug?

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Fix Tattoo Bug?

The short answer to the question is, according to our research, there is no real solution yet for the Tattoo Bug in AC Valhalla. The problem seems to have crept in with one of the last updates, at least if you look at the forums and Reddit threads on the topic. The problem, as described, is that you cannot interact with the tattoo artist. The lady just sits in the hut and doesn’t let herself be spoken to so that she can change her tattoos and hairstyle.

Since some players seem to be having the problem and cannot change Eivor’s hairstyle or tattoos, it will hopefully only be a matter of time before the bug is fixed. If we find a solution or a workaround for the tattoo problem in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla in the meantime, we will of course add it here. If you are also affected by the problem and know a solution, please post it here in the comments section.

By the way, if the tattoo artist suddenly disappears, then that’s not a bug. In that case, just keep playing a bit.
