Top Essence Stones in Atlas Fallen

As mentioned, the choice of Essence Stones is very sensitive in this game because much of your experience will depend on how you go dodge, disable, And attack your enemies. Various Wraith and other mobs are pretty tough, and you want to have reliable damage output to deal with anyone that crosses your path, and not hope to the gods of luck and RNG that you don’t die every fight.

Essence Stones will be found all over the map and while some of them will give you a whole new active skill that you can unleash, others will give you passive bonuses that boost your existing moves. Keep in mind that Level Up Essence Stones will require some crafting materials as well as the essential essence core.

Here is the list of the best Atlas Fallen Essence Stones according to us!

Dazzling impact

Dazzling Impact is a tier 1 trick essence stone that allows you to perform a AoE hammer attack that interrupts enemies and leaves them vulnerable. Really a good solution when you’re overwhelmed and need a quick move that will take out a lot of enemies from your back.

You can get your hands on Dazzling Impact by visiting an NPC Researcher at Dungeon Cellars ShatteredIn Caladrias: The Forbidden Lands. He will give you a recipe to make this essence stone from 1x Essence Core, 1x Meadow Cinth, And 2x Copper Ore.

piercing parry

This Tier 2 Essence Stone is a Trick Stone that adds a pretty cool passive power to your Gauntlet. Namely, it allows you to attack freely your enemies for a few seconds after a successful parry. It makes them defenseless for those few seconds and even works on elites.

To get the Parry Piercing Essence Stone, you need to go to Bastengar Underground and look for a door leading to Sunken City. Interact with the Knight NPC standing there and he’ll give you the Essence Stone (no crafting, yay!).

Unstable Generation

Unstable Generation is considered by some to be the best Essence Stone in the game. However, we placed this Tier 1 Passive Stone in third place because it’s kind of a double-edged sword. It increases the speed of your Momentum generation allowing you to wreak havoc on Wraiths and other monsters. However, he will decrease your Momentum if you are hit, so we recommend using this Essence Stone only if you are confident in your dodges and attack combo skills.

To get the unstable build you need to go to Watchtower and commit Scimmur Fury. It won’t be an easy fight as you will be surrounded and attacked by several different enemies. But, when you defeat them all, including the Fury Scimmur, you’ll find the unstable generation in the watchtower.

Ruthless Killer

Ruthless Slayer is a Tier 2 passive Essence Stone that can be your best ally for increased damage if you know how to play it correctly. This skill gives you a damage buff for all your attacks that last 12 seconds when you kill an enemy or destroy their body parts.

What this really means is that when facing a mob with mobs of different levels, you need to focus on one of the weaker ones first and kill them as soon as possible to get the buff. Once you’ve increased the damage, go after the big guy and attack him. After the buff is exhausted, you can again search for a weak body part of a larger enemy or a small enemy that you can defeat quickly and reset that damage boost.

Get the Ruthless Killer by going to the city of the sun and find a chest which has formulas for both Ruthless Slayer and Ruthless Generation. To create the Ruthless Slayer Stone Essence, you will need 1x essence core, 1x fire leaf, And 1x Silver Ore.

Evasive Burst

One of the ultimate Essence Stones in Atlas Fallen is the Tier 1 Evasive Burst. It’s a great AoE tool for taking out enemies at lightning speed. What this skill essentially does is give you the power to send a powerful explosion/wave around you after each escape or one Air dash. As you upgrade it, the stone’s damage and radius increase.

So when you encounter a mob of mobs, you literally just have to dodge an Air Dash around them without even touching them, and just watch how their HP melts away. You can find Evasive Burst in the Northern part of Caladria, west of the ruined city walls. You will find it on a wood scaffolding leaning on a mountain.
