To find out your limit for a particular skill, navigate to the character screen by clicking on the icon in the lower left corner of the screen or by pressing the C key and selecting the desired skill. And moving around without a horse on a world map is probably the best way to level athleticism. But before you do that, put at least one point of focus.
Forge (craft)
Go to any city and go to the smithy. To do something in the forge, you need wood. It can be purchased in cities. Select the Refine option in the forge to convert wood to charcoal. This coal can be used to upgrade materials or smelt weapons. And when you collect enough materials, you can forge weapons. In general, any action in the forge will increase the skills of the forge. Even cooking charcoal!

Charisma
Join the war, capture the lords, but instead of capturing them, let them go. Each time you do this, Charisma will be pumped to level 1. Another effective way to pump Charisma is to help allies in battle. If you see your allies losing, join the battle and win. In this case, you can gain almost 3-4 Charisma levels at a time. The third option is to bribe the looters so that they don’t fight you and give gifts to famous people. This is a very important skill, especially if you want to get married and have an heir.
An alternative way to pump up charisma:
This option requires a little more thought, but is the most efficient and the fastest. The idea is to sign the Council of Commons political course for his kingdom, which will increase its influence. You will inevitably accumulate influence, and if you want to increase the level of charisma, you can use it to « support » other clans with whom you want to improve relations. Each time you do this you will spend 50 influence points. And if you have invested a point of focus in charisma, you will also receive a new level for that.

A quick way to increase your skill level is to join a faction and build an army. You will earn passive experience points for commonplace movements on the campaign map, while managing your army. Commerce
You will receive experience points for this skill each time you resell products, while making a profit. And the greater the profit from sales, the more experience you will gain and the faster your skill level will increase.
Delegate (management)
Secure the quartermaster role for your character in the clan by going to the clan menu with the L key. Once you join the faction and get a fight, stay in your settlements which will give you passive experience points as well. This ability is one of the keys to increasing the number of squads. For each level you will receive +1.3 the size of the army. Also, when creating an additional squad, be sure to appoint a partner leader with a high level of this ability.
Drug
Assign the role of clan surgeon to your character (L). Your hero will now heal all wounded soldiers after battle. The higher the level of medicine, the more likely it is that injured soldiers will survive. Also, as long as your fighter engages in battle and is injured, he is likely to survive or die. And with an increase in the level of the drug, the probability of survival will increase. Healing speed also increases.
Engineering
Participate in sieges and build siege weapons. The higher the value of this ability, the faster you can build siege weapons. A high-tech governor will speed up the construction of buildings in the colony. .
