What should you improve in Good Pizza, Great Pizza?

As you might have noticed, there are dozens of different upgrades in Good Pizza, Great Pizza that unlock over time and cost some in-game currency (money or diamonds). Since money doesn’t fall from the sky (not in this video game at least), you’ll have to invest prudently as if you were running a real pizzeria.

Players have been debating for some time which items to upgrade as soon as possible and which can wait. After seeing all the prints and trying a thing or two on our end, we found what we think is the perfect upgrade combo for the pizza owner.

Fast oven

The absolute first thing you need to unlock is the Speedy Oven. Granted, it’s pricey ($250) but it will cook your pizzas Faster, allowing you to serve more customers and ultimately earn more money for further upgrades!

happy people

I know I know. Another $250 upgrade. But believe me, the Happy Folks upgrade should come right after the Speedy Oven because it will give you additional tips thus increasing your income (just make sure you make perfect, fast pizzas!).

Summer time

You can now proceed with the purchase of daylight saving time. After having had two upgrades that increase your income, you will now collect the necessary $250 much more easily. This upgrade gives you an extra hour in the game, when you can serve customers and take into account that you already have a quick oven and extra tips, it only means one thing: Cha-Ching!

Buddies/Cutter

You can hire many friends to automate certain actions for you in the game. What we recommend focusing on first is the Sauce Buddy, Cheese Buddy, or Cutter. Sauce and cheese are part of most pizza recipes, as you can find out in our Good Pizza, Great Pizza recipe article. helps you save time. The same goes for Cutter as it will automatically cut your customers’ pizzas without needing you. And don’t worry, when the customer says they want their pizza uncut, the cutter won’t do its job!

Garden upgrades in Good Pizza, Great Pizza

Garden upgrades are a separate part of Good Pizza, Great Pizza and should not be omitted from the pizza place management process. To unlock this you need to be in Chapter 4, harvest 300 plants And serve 300 pizzas with ingredients from the garden.

When garden upgrades are unlocked, you can buy refined seeds for certain ingredients in your pizzas. This will cost you $500 per ingredient and will increase plant yields from 50 to 60 while reducing grow time by 10%.

The ingredients you can improve with refined seeds are:

  • Eggplant
  • Tomato
  • Jalapeño
  • Basil
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Pepper
  • olive
