We have to keep waiting for HyperOS. Xiaomi’s new operating system has already confirmed its first devices, although until then MIUI will still be present, to the point that many will not upgrade to HyperOS. For now, let’s go with the good news.
It will be in this month of November when a wide list of Xiaomi phones and tablets receive a new security patch. They will be from the main brand itself as well as the Redmi and POCO, so if you have one of them, it may be on the list.
Up to 86 Xiaomi devices that will update in these weeks
It is not known when they will receive it, but it will be certain in this month of November. Xiaomi confirms on its security website a wide list of terminals that will receive their corresponding security patch in these weeks.
Likewise, it should be said again that it is not HyperOS or even a version of MIUI adapted to Android 14. It is the latest security patch. Therefore, no visual or functional new features, but an important update to keep the device safe.
