Dying Light 2’s second DLC was delayed and won’t arrive in 2023

Dying Light 2: Stay Human It has already been on the market for more than 1 year, but the support that Techland has prepared for the game is extensive. As part of the post-launch content, there would be 2 very promising DLCs, but if you want to play the second one, you will have to be very patient.

We are talking about story DLC number 2, which would have a focus on horror and which promised to give players a scary time. This is the next big update that I would receive Dying Light 2 this year, but it has just been confirmed that it will not be ready before 2024.

When will DLC 2 be out? Dying Light 2?

Techland was scheduled to release DLC 2 of Dying Light 2 later in 2023, but at an undefined date, but it was anticipated that it would include a new story expansion, a new map, and new weapons.

However, through a statement, the Polish studio announced today that the premiere will be delayed to have more development time in order to “offer the best possible story expansion.”

In case you missed it: you can now play the first premium DLC of Dying Light 2.

Techland recalled that it also continues to work on updates that improve the base title to more than meet expectations and mentioned that it has “a few things” to add to the game that it wants to release before DLC 2.

Unfortunately, Techland did not detail a release window beyond 2023, but did mention that it will hold a scheduled livestream on June 29, where it will share updates on upcoming updates and events.
