4Gamer.net and Dengeki Online were also able to conduct interviews with producer Keisuke Kikuchi. Kikuchi further explained that you can expand the guild by completing quests, which is what the whole game is about. The combat should be similar to the Atelier games. As soon as you run into an enemy, command-based combat begins. Attributes and ranges must be included in the strategy.
Fighters use MP to cast magic, but these are recharged by defeating enemies. The cooperation attacks are particularly powerful. The game’s prologue is the fight against Hades as the climax of the “Tenrou Island Arc”. After the guild collapses, it starts to be rebuilt; the “Grand Magic Games Arc” covers the first half of the game.
While the story follows the anime template, there will be other things to do after the main story. So you will be able to experience new episodes. There is also variety during the story in the form of episodes or tasks for the characters.
A world map will connect Magnolia Town with the surrounding area, and you can also visit other cities such as Crocus. Hiro Mashima, the creator of the original, oversees the appearance of the characters and provides further advice on the game’s content. The development is currently at 50 percent.
What is Fairy Tail about?
The Fairy Tail template by Hiro Mashima is about the magician guild of the same name, Fairy Tail. As befits a typical guild, members complete quests for other people. In addition, the guild repeatedly gets involved in wild adventures on various trips. You can experience this in the game – as in the template. You take on the role of Natsu Dragneel, Lucy Heartfilia and other guild members.
Fairy Tail will be released worldwide next year for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PCs.
