If you want to build your club in the long term, you can’t avoid using FIFA 16 talent. But it is not that easy to find the players with high potential in the huge player database. You can either go the classic route via the scouts, or you can look at the player names in the following list. Even if you can use the scouts to find one or two player gems in the game, on the one hand it takes a very long time and on the other hand the virtual scouts don’t live on air and love.
As in the last FIFA parts, the same applies to the talents in FIFA 16: the more you let the player play and the more successful he is on the pitch, the better he will develop. In the table you will not only find the current overall strength of the talent, but also the potential and growth. What is important about the information is that a player with a potential of 85 does not necessarily have to achieve the same overall strength. The information under growth is only the theoretically highest overall strength that the youngster can achieve under the best conditions and with a bit of luck.
