In the new Harvest Moon The Winds of Anthos there are different types of wood that you need for crafting. If you have already spent an hour or two in the game world of the new Harvest Moon, you may have already received a quest for which you need the high-quality plank wood or the high-quality square wood. This also includes, for example, the request “Repair the bridge near Herbstburg Region”. Depending on how you progress in the game, the question then arises: how do you get the high-quality wood?
Find high-quality wood: plank wood and square wood
The high-quality wood can be obtained through various quests, such as the quest from the good Julie in Herbstburg. To get more high-quality wood, you just have to complete all quests in Autumn Castle. After repairing the stage and workshop and bringing back the legendary Autumn Castle music, the wall to the north of the Autumn Castle will be removed by Autumnus. You can then buy the high-quality wood in Lars’ tool shop. This includes the high-quality plank wood for 1,889 coins and the high-quality square wood for 1,889 coins (after the 30 percent discount that will probably be available after the wall is removed?).
So far we have not been able to find any trees from which you can get the high-quality timber directly and dismantle it.
