In the quest “Fulfill Iris” you have to bring her three items. In addition to wood and stone, the items sought include walnuts. The wood can be obtained relatively easily by felling trees and the stones by mining with a pickaxe, but what about the walnuts? Depending on how far you have explored the world of the new Harvest Moon The Winds of Anthos, one or two players may ask themselves the question of where the walnuts were found. Where can you find and collect the walnuts or do you have to get walnut seeds first and grow the nuts yourself?
Where to find the walnuts in Harvest Moon?
Like fruit, you can simply collect the walnuts from the corresponding trees. The walnut trees can be found in various areas in Harvest Moon The Winds of Anthos, including the area north of the starter village of Lenctenbury. Around the fast travel point “The Valley of the Setting Sun” and in front of the “entrance to the mountain path” you will find three to four trees with walnuts, which, as mentioned, you can simply pick up by wiggling the tree once (i.e. stand in front of them and press the A button). The walnuts grow back every day, so you can farm them again and again (teleport home, go to sleep for a moment and farm the area again).
So far we haven’t been able to find any walnut seeds in Harvest Moon The Winds of Anthos. The trees in the areas mentioned seem to be the only way you can get the walnuts in the game.
