How to Evolve to Mink V3 in Roblox Blox Fruits
Upgrading to the Mink V3 stage is not complicated and requires you to complete Arowe’s quest. This quest is different for each race but for Minks it asks you to collect 30 chests. If you die trying to complete the quest, it will not automatically reset and you will have to retake it.

Once you are a Mink V3 you will get a bunny tail and a new ability called Agility. When activated, it increases your movement speed 4 times and dash length. It lasts 6.5 seconds and has a 30 second cooldown.
