Team Kerzoven and Metaroot have announced the concrete early access start of Of Life and Land announced. The idyllic settlement-building strategy game with simulation elements will be launched on Steam on April 2nd.
In the city builder you take on the role of a leader who is supposed to build settlements in untamed regions. “You navigate through different seasons and climates while managing resources and interacting with a dynamically simulated ecosystem,” explain the creators.
The game’s focus is on the balance between human progress and conservation of nature. Every animal and every plant tries to find its place in nature, just like you and the people you lead into the future.
Seasons and climate play a role, as does trade. Of Life and Land visually relies on a charming low-poly style. There will be German language support.
