Item of the day: GyroGlove helps people with tremors with Parkinson’s disease

CES 2024 often shows some very cool things. One of them is the GyroGlove. It stabilizes the hands for tremors in people living with Parkinson’s disease.

The glove works using “advanced gyroscopic technology.” As a result, it will give the person much more control.

SamaGame publishes a woman’s review. Within a few days of use, it became much easier for her to perform many household tasks. For example, buttoning a shirt, carrying a cup of coffee, and writing notes. Apparently, you quickly get used to the GyroGlove: she forgot that she wasn’t wearing a glove, took the cup and spilled the drink.

So far the glove looks very massive: a fabric glove, a stabilizing module where the gyroscope is located, and a battery pack located on the forearm. The entire structure weighs approximately 580 grams.

The operating time is short – only 4 hours of active use. But the price may unpleasantly surprise many: $5899. On the other hand, how much can you estimate the ability to use your hands normally?

F1 23 Activate split screen: Play with two people

How can two players play the new F1 23 in split screen? Where can you find the split screen mode and how do you invite a second player? In the past few days, this may be the question asked by one or the other player who has bought the new F1 23 for the PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series or One. In the new F1 offshoot, you can not only compete online with friends and drive together, but there is also local multiplayer with split-screen mode.

Enable split screen in F1 2023

If you want to play F1 23 with another person in front of a console or a PC in split screen, simply select local multiplayer and split screen in the main menu. Then you have to add the second player by registering the second controller or by connecting another controller or keyboard to the PC. You can then select the category and route and both players can choose a team and a driver.

  1. In the main menu of F1 23 select the sub-item “Local Multiplayer” and “Splitscreen”.
  2. Register the second player by logging in from the second controller/keyboard and selecting a category, track, team and driver.
  3. Finally, you can make various settings for the race and, for example, adjust the driving aids or set the difficulty. Incidentally, the driving aids can be set individually for each player.
  4. You can then start with “Start event” and you can start the race weekend.

Play career in split screen?

Even if you can start a co-op career in F1 23, according to previous information you cannot play the career locally in split-screen. For co-op mode, the other player must have their own console/PC with the game. You can then start a “two-player career” via “Career” and invite your friend.

By the way, in the current version of F1 23 there is only a horizontal split screen. The vertical split-screen view preferred by some split-screen players is not available.

Places where people threw their trash during the Jomon period in Persona 3 Reload

Unlike other classroom quiz questions that give you a bit of context before asking you the answer, Gekkoukan High’s Mr. Ono is blunt in his approach here. He doesn’t give you anything to talk about when he asks, “The places where people dumped their waste in the Jomon era – what are they called today?” »

You have the choice between three answers: Cemeteries, Heaps or Slums. Although “Boneyards” may seem like the natural answer, the correct answer is “Middens”. Answer correctly and you will gain a +1 charm bonus to your social stat.

Fast forward to 5/22, when you’ll be at the end of your midterms in Persona 3 Reload. You will be asked a history question that expects you to remember Mr. Ono’s lesson about mounds. If you don’t remember that far back, the correct answer is “Jomon”. They just liked to dump their waste in mounds, apparently. You will not gain a social stat boost if you answer correctly here; It is factored into your overall mid-term score. Once you collect your score at the end of the week, that’s when you’ll get your charm boost.

If you speak to Mitsuru after your midterm exams, you will also earn the following if you performed well:

  • Power increase I.
  • Guard augmentation I.
  • Magic Augmentation I.
  • Speed increase I.
  • Proto-Choker (only if you got the highest score).

It’s unlikely that you’ll get the highest score in your class at this point in the game, unless you’ve done a HAM by raising your academic stat to level 3. You can find out how to do this in our guide to Persona 3 May Test Answers.
