This construction, as told by its creator RedSailor1917, is their take on a “Chronomy Archer” build. Taking the word apart, chronomancy is the ability to manipulate and bend time to your will. THE Fighter/Wizard takes advantage of the ability to create additional debuffs and attacks, allowing you to deal massive amounts of damage each turn. Since this build relies on a large amount of role-playing involvement, there won’t be a ton of concrete choices for background and races. They do, however, recommend that you go for Urchin or Sage, and Halfling or Githyanki respectively. When you reach max level, you will be able to manipulate the flow of combat with moves such as Haste, Slow and Hold. Plus, you’ll want to go ahead and prioritize longbows and finesse weapons, your main focus dealing ranged damage with your bow. Your melee should be a last resort if something gets too close.
