To craft Reaper’s Wrath, you need to get at least 64,000 Gold, 20 Reusable Coins, 20 Arcane Dust, 30 Veiled Crystals, Caldeum Nightshade, and the Arreat War Tapestry.
In order to access some of these items, you will need to complete bounties to obtain Horadric Caches given to you by Tyrael.
