Marvel Snap has an ever-changing meta due to adding new cards every week and adjusting some cards for balancing issues, so it can be difficult to know which ones are best. Here is our Marvel Snap card tier list, where we have ranked all the cards.
Raking up the best cards in Marvel Snap from each series
Below is a tier list for each card series/pool. I generally lean towards certain decks; Cards will generally be evaluated based on the context of potential decks you can use. I’ve reached Infinite about half a dozen times, with only three season passes purchased. If you’re looking for gameplay tips, there is a series of important and comprehensive articles for all aspects of the game:
Marvel Snap Series / Pool 1 Card Tier List
Series/Group 1 cards are some of the first you’ll get when you start in Marvel Snap. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to build a consistent competitive deck with these cards alone, but some of these cards will follow you around all the time.

Marvel Snap Series / Pool 4 Card List
Series/Pool 4 contains a large number of important high-level meta cards. While this tier list of cards represents my perception of their power, sometimes you will need to choose a lower tier card because it may be a missing piece that will significantly improve your deck (Zabu and Nimrod, for example). It all depends on how the RNG assigns you new cards and what you will be able to assemble.

Marvel Snap Series / List of 5 cards in the pool
The series / Pool 5 generally contains:
- Big Bad cards (such as Thanos, Kang, Galactus, etc.) that will never come out of series 5
- Latest cards released (in most cases they join series 5 first, then eventually drop to 4/3)
- Season Passes from the previous season
In most cases, they’re very relevant to meta-reality, and it’s rare that we see a new release be a complete flop. If you’re competitive, you’ll probably take the risk of getting these cards despite the possibility that their price will drop soon.
