F1 23 in the tech test: This is what current graphics cards and CPUs do

With F1 2020 and F1 2021, successful and very popular racing hits have recently been delivered, both of which were convincing in the test with colleagues from the PC games. But after being taken over by Electronic Arts and the widely criticized F1 22, Codemasters first has to win back the trust of the fans. Instead of virtual Rolex watches and other in-game gadgets, this time the focus is on elements that are intended to enhance the heart of the racing series. In focus: tough racing. Developer Codemasters and publisher Electronic Arts are bringing back F1 2021’s popular “Braking Point” story mode.

What else F1 23 has to offer is explained in the PCGH Performance Brief. This is a “light” technology test that clarifies all important questions without escalating with hundreds of benchmarks and thousands of text characters. In the future, this format will always be used when there are a particularly large number of projects in a week – we’d rather give you a crisp impression than none at all. How do you like the idea? We’re happy about every Feedback!

F1 23: content and requirements

For those who don’t remember: In F1 2021, an almost six-hour racing story was staged that picks up on the hype of the Netflix show “Drive to Survive”. The fictional story revolves around the British youngster Aiden Jackson, who, as a Formula 2 driver, makes the big leap into the premier class. Once there, he not only has to deal with the competitors from the other teams, but also with teammate Casper Akkerman. With F1 23 the story should now be continued. Here you are once again relying on Aiden Jackson, who together with Devon Butler (“Antagonist” in F1 2019 and 2021) forms the driver pairing of the fictional racing team Konnersports Racing Team. The still quite young group definitely wants to compete with the current sizes of Formula 1. According to Codemasters, we can expect “a multitude of new characters”, including the newly established driver Callie Mayer, but also fresh rivalries and many racing challenges.

Probably the biggest criticism of the Codemasters F1 series is the atypical behavior of the cars in slow corners and the lack of traction at low speeds. Here, too, promises of improvement. In this way, three key areas are to be addressed: the basic acceleration, the braking process and cornering. The underbodies of the F1 cars have also been modified, which is intended to enhance the often unrealistic driving behavior. For more information on F1 23 gameplay, check out our colleagues at PC Games.

Graphic comparison F1 20 to F1 23 – Circuit: Spain

The system requirements for F1 23 are moderate – at least in the case of “normal” graphics without ray tracing. Modern ray tracing places higher demands on both the processor and the graphics card. Similarly if you want to play F1 23 in VR. We will immediately clarify in the CPU and GPU benchmarks to what extent the information corresponds to reality.

F1 23: Benchmark of all routes

It’s a cherished PCGH tradition to use the built-in benchmark function to run through all tracks in Codemasters games. 26 locations around the world are waiting to be explored in F1 23. The following benchmark reveals which of the PCs demands the most. The weather conditions are set to “dry” because some effects (such as shadows) are not displayed when it rains. Consequently, our graphics card benchmarks will once again take place in Azerbaijan.

F1 23: All 26 routes tested (Geforce RTX 4090, UHD, TAA) Source: PC Games Hardware

Technically, F1 23 offers plenty of goodies for PC gamers. Above all, ray tracing should be mentioned, which can be switched on individually in the form of several effects – shadows, reflections, shading and lighting. Of course, this upgrade comes at a cost in performance, but it brings F1 23 a tiny bit closer to photorealism. So that it doesn’t jerk excessively, you can activate a variety of upsampling processes. In addition to the game’s own method, which can be upgraded using Contrast Adaptive Sharpening (CAS), you can choose between AMD FSR 2, Intel XeSS and Nvidia DLSS.

Owners of a Geforce RTX 4000 can also use Frame Generation (part of DLSS 3) – theoretically, because this switch is permanently grayed out in the previously available version 1.4 of F1 23. The new integration of the raytracing efficiency feature SER (Shader Execution Reordering) is also still functional. We have informed EA about these teething problems and hope for a patch soon that will fix both problems. Incidentally, you can also enjoy the entire game in VR mode, but then you have to provide more powerful hardware than in “normal” mode. This mode is PC exclusive.

MSI warns of the sale of fake graphics cards with the brand name

Fraudulent web pages that try to impersonate the official one are quite common on the net. In this case, it was MSI itself that was responsible for pointing out two web pages that were trying to take advantage of users by selling brand GPUs by pretending to be the official website at ridiculous prices.

MSI announces a 240 Hz and 0.5 ms monitor, and another 49″ monitor with a 32:9 ratio Manuel Santos June 6, 2018 • 19:06

MSI alerts users to fake pages that impersonate their store and show incredible discounts

The way they use these types of pages to get sales is to put products that are normally expensive at very low prices, so that users can see them and go quickly to buy them. Both websites, denounced by MSI, have the same design, which suggests that they are managed by the same people. Within these web pages we find graphics such as an MSI GAMING GeFroce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB GDRR5X at only 129 euros, when its real price is about 1000 euros.

Although it is true that in this case the web design has not been very successful, since on other occasions it seemed that we were browsing the official website. What they have done in taking the corporate colors, the name of the web and its logo in low quality.

Through a statement, MSI has urged users to buy its products through official channels and has ensured that the websites http://msi-stores.com/ and http://www.mc-stores.com/ do not belong to those channels.

You have to be careful with these types of offers on the Internet

When buying online you have to be very smart and know well the security methods that the pages must have to buy on them. Also, if they are official pages, you only have to do a quick search of the original website.

This type of website has been created in a shabby way and although its URL may resemble that of MSI, it does not have the https certificate that indicates that the page is secure and encrypts our data.

These types of scams are nothing new, we have been seeing for years how they try to take advantage of users, in this case it has been the turn of the GPUs, which are one of the objects that has become more expensive in recent years. In addition, whenever we come across websites of this type and with such incredible prices, we must doubt and inform ourselves better to prevent this type of fraud.

The 10 most expensive Animal Crossing amiibo cards

The 10 most expensive Animal Crossing amiibo cards. Animal Crossing games allow the use of Amiibo cards to bring certain animals into your village. Some of them are in high demand and can cost a lot. In today’s post we tell you which are the 10 cards that are sold the most on the internet, and what their price is.

The 10 most expensive Animal Crossing amiibo cards ordered by price

#10 Coco – $42 to $74 – Top 10 most expensive Animal Crossing amiibo cards

Coco is technically a rabbit villager, but she’s been the focus of Animal Crossing theories since the first game due to her unique and somewhat unsettling design. The fact is that his design is actually based on gyroids.

Due to its design, it is quite popular and sells for between $42 and $74 in online stores.

#9 Fang – $39 to $79 – Top 10 most expensive Animal Crossing amiibo cards

Fang is a grumpy wolf who has been in every Animal Crossing game except Wild World. Wolves are typically coveted by fans, and Fang is particularly popular due to nostalgia, as he’s been in many of the games.

It’s a bit more expensive than Coco, costing between $39 and $79 online.

#8 Punchy – $39 to $79 – Top 10 most expensive Animal Crossing amiibo cards

Cats are also one of the most desired by Animal Crossing players. One of those cats is Punchy, a lazy villager. He has also appeared in every game except Animal Forest. He also appeared on the cover of the original Animal Crossing for the Gamecube.

Fans might love Punchy because his face always seems to be up to something. Like Fang, his Amiibo card costs between $39 and $79 in online stores.

#7 Apollo – $40 to $84

Apollo is a grumpy eagle villager and he’s a classic. He’s been in every game and even had a supporting role in the animated Animal Crossing movie. Another reason for his popularity is that he seems to be inspired by the national bird of the United States. His birthday is July 4, Independence Day.

It costs a little more than Fang and Punchy, between $40 and $84.

#6 Lolly – $72 to $84

Lolly is without a doubt one of the cutest villagers out there. She is a normal gray tabby who has only appeared in four Animal Crossing games, Animal Forest e+, City Folk, New Leaf, and New Horizons.

Its price range is a bit higher than Apollo, going from $72 to $84.

#5 Marina – $78 to $84

There are only three octopus villagers that have existed so far, so they are highly desired by players. Marina is the only female octopus, and she is adorable.

She has appeared in most of the main series games, and shares a name with a character from the Splatoon series, so fans of the games may want her in their towns. She is $78-84 online.

#4 Zucker – $84 to $94

Zucker is another of the three octopus villagers, but seems to be a bit more popular than Marina. This is probably because he also relies on food. It resembles the Japanese appetizer, takoyaki. Food-based villagers like him and merengue are highly sought after by players.

Its price is currently between 84 and 94 dollars in online stores.

#3 Meringue – $89 to $124

Speaking of food-based villagers, the Meringue Amiibo Card is also quite expensive. She is a rhino villager whose design also resembles a strawberry shortcake. She’s a dream villager for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Many players must also have a sweet tooth, as the Merengue card costs between $89 and $124.

#2 Lucky – $97 to $119

Dogs make for cute villagers, but Lucky in particular is pretty unique. He is mummified! Adding to that amazing detail, he’s been in every game to date. That means he is memorable and nostalgic for many players. He is also the center of many fan theories. One is that he is an undead version of another dog villager named Walker.

Whatever the case, Lucky is very interesting and is therefore sought after by fans. His Amiibo card costs between $97 and $119.

#1 Marshal – $129 to $149

Based on his price, Marshal seems to be the most desired villager for players. He is a ___y squirrel who looks like a marshmallow who constantly frowns. Due to his design, many players mistake him for a grumpy villager. He hasn’t actually been in many of the games, he’s only appeared in New Leaf, Pocket Camp, and New Horizons. Despite this, it has been at the peak of popularity ever since it first appeared.

With all that in mind, it is the best seller. His card costs between $129 and $149 in online stores. So if you happen to have it, consider yourself very lucky.

These are the most expensive amiibo cards out there for Animal Crossing, we hope you’ll be one of the lucky ones and get your favorite villagers.

In Russia they want to start collecting data on passengers’ IP addresses and bank cards

Journalists from the Kommersant publication said that from September 1, 2024, in addition to passport data and tickets, transport carriers will be required to send information about bank cards, IP addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and account credentials of citizens who buy tickets to a single database. .

Major airlines and the Russian Association of Air Transport Operators are convinced that some of this information is confidential, so it is impossible to transfer it to anyone without obtaining the appropriate consent from the passenger.

As Kommersant learned, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation has prepared a draft order on new regulations for the creation of automated databases of personal data on personnel and passengers. The corresponding norm will come into force on September 1 of this year. All carriers using rail, water, air transport, as well as road transport during intercity and international communications will be required to transmit this information.

All collected confidential information, as the ministry plans, should go to the Unified State Information System for Transport Security (USIS OTB), the operator of which is the Federal State Unitary Enterprise of the Ministry of Transport “Zashchitainfotrans”.

Experts emphasize that a number of government agencies have direct access to this database, including Rosaviation, Rostransnadzor, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB. At the moment, carriers transmit only the person’s passport data, travel date and route to the Unified State Information System for OTB.

In accordance with the draft order of the Ministry of Transport, which journalists from the Kommersant publication have already familiarized themselves with, it is planned to significantly expand the list of data that will be collected from passengers and transferred to the Unified State Information System for Transport Security (USIS OTB).

In particular, this will be all the data that the passenger provides during the process of booking or purchasing a ticket: telephone number and email address, information about the ticket itself. In addition, the ministry also plans to collect information about the user’s account, login and password, which is used both on the carrier’s official website and in the mobile application. In addition, IP addresses and user port numbers from which information is transmitted will also be collected. If payment by a passenger is made using bank cards, then the carrier will need to transfer the last four digits of the card and the name of the banking institution, as well as information about the cost of the ticket and class of service to the Unified State Register of OTB. The Ministry of Transport plans to ensure storage of this data for 7 years after collection.

The Russian Association of Air Transport Operators stated in a response to the draft, which has already been sent to the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, that some additional data that is planned to be collected within the framework of the draft order, including credentials from user accounts, is confidential information. Therefore, they cannot be disclosed without obtaining appropriate consent from the subject of such data.

[HOT] : RTX 3090 Ti: this is how the new 16-pin connector will boost the power of graphics cards

Today’s high-end graphics cards use up to three 8-pin connectors, which usually leads to a tangle of cables and connectors that even the best cable management sometimes has a hard time organizing. The next standard with 16 pins should correct all these problems.

The old Molex 6 + 2 pin connectors are therefore now technically quite simply obsolete. Nvidia has tried to solve this problem with the 12-pin Microfit connector on its latest RTX 3000 Founders Edition, but ultimately it is only a proprietary palliative solution, which does not define any new standard.

According to rumors, Next GeForce RTX 3090 Ti Would Use New 16-Pin Microfit Connector, but it is unlikely to be standard on all cards. We do not know for the moment which connector will use the next graphics cards of the American giant, but it should be very different from what we currently know. The PCI SIG would have already defined a new “High Power Connector” (H +) in the characteristics of the new PCIe 5.0 standard. It should be found in most future high-end graphics cards, here’s what it should look like according to Igor’s Lab.

THE 12VHPWR PCI EXPRESS CONNECTOR

With regard to cable assignment and power specifications, the design of this connector has been specifically defined for support cards up to 600 watts power consumption. This is therefore a major improvement over the previous Molex cables, which only reached about 150W. These 8-pin connectors were ultimately just simple 6-pin connectors, of which the other two pins are just for making sure the cable is delivering the right amount of current.

The new 12VHPWR connector is therefore not suitable for 2 × 3 and 2 × 4 PCI Express auxiliary power connectors. This is because the power pins of the 12VHPWR connector have a spacing of only 3.0mm, while the contacts of the old 2 × 3 (6-pin) and 2 × 4 (6 + 2-pin) connectors have a greater spacing. of 4.2 mm. Figure 9-1 shows the 12VHPWR expansion card connector unplugged, and you can see two different connectors. There are twelve large pins that carry the power rail (2 × 6) as well as four smaller pins below, which are for sideband signals.

If this new Molex cable can provide so much current without immediately burning out, it is because as seen in the technical diagram below, 12VHPWR power connector provides up to 55A continuous current to power the board via a 12V power rail with a maximum power of 600W.

The PCI SIG specifies a current capacity per pin, excluding the sideband 4 pins, of 9.2A with a limit of 30 ° C rise above ambient temperature at + 12 VDC when all twelve contacts are energized. So we have a total of 55.2 amps in one direction for the 12 volt power rail, or 662.4 watts. Of course, this is a theoretical limit, so security requires that this number be lowered for security reasons. Here, we consider that 600 watts can still be guaranteed without risk, or 11% less than the theoretical limit.

The connector body must have a labeled or stamped H + sign to indicate 9.2A support per pin (or more), and its approximate location can be seen in the drawing above. It is also known that for safety reasons, the plug has a locking mechanism which must be able to withstand at least 45.00 N (approx. 5 kg) when pulled.

This connection is excellent news for future graphics cards, since in the future, a single standardized card will suffice for all the cards, provided they need an additional power connection and do not exceed a consumption of 600 watts. In the near future, you should have less trouble arranging all the cables in your towers correctly. NVIDIA is often the pioneer in its new technologies, but we do not yet know for sure whether the future RTX 3090 Ti that some leaks evoke will use this connection and will or not support the new PCIe 5.0 standard.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOM CABLES?

The availability of the various components should certainly be accessible to all enthusiasts in the near future. However, according to one manufacturer, processing is a bit more difficult than with simple Molex connectors. As a customer, you will also have to pay attention to the different sections of the cables, but not only. Indeed, with regard to the current carrying capacity of its different parts, other factors come into play in addition to the pure section of the cable.

In addition to the material used, variants with different numbers of individual strands are also of interest here. The higher the number of individual strands, the finer the section of the individual conductors. This makes the cable much more flexible and therefore easier to lay. However, this also increases the electrical resistance and therefore reduces the maximum current carrying capacity. Below AWG 16 with a diameter of 1.29 mm (corresponds to a cross section of about 1.31 mm²), it is better to install nothing. The 20 amps of continuous charge capacity possible here may seem completely oversized at first glance, but the efficiency is formidable. The AWG 18 can also work if needed, but then the material should be really good, cheap alloys are therefore already excluded.

The higher requirements, especially with regard to the 4 additional signal lines, will make the task much more complicated for some amateur modders, who will probably prefer to look for another hobby or purchase additional equipment.

Switch: Test loading times – MicroSD vs cards and internal memory

With only 32 GB of flash memory, we can say that storage – or its capacity – was not Nintendo’s priority when designing the Switch. However, the system arrived with a MicroSD input, allowing cards up to 2TB. But in an era of increasing loading times, we wonder: does the choice of MicroSD affect loading times? And how does your performance compare to internal storage and even cartridges? The results may surprise you.

If you want to invest in eShop purchases, sooner or later you will need a MicroSD. There are only 25.9GB available to users, space that will quickly be filled; a game like Zelda: Breath of the Wild occupies 13GB without updates, and Nintendo offers Switch developers cartridges with a maximum of 32GB. Unless you buy only physical games, you will need more storage space.

According to the Japanese website, Switch supports UHS-1 cards, which in theory gives us speeds up to 104MB / s. To test this, we bought a 16GB Sandisk Ultra, a UHS-1 card that offers transfers up to 80MB / s. It is probably not the card you would buy (we only bought to transfer files before the SDXC update arrives), but it is a cheap SDHC card – format that does not exceed 32GB. However, give us an example of the Switch’s support for UHS-1 speeds.

On the other hand, we chose a € 50 SanDisk Extreme Plus, a 64GB SDXC card, designed to read and write 4K video and rated as one of the fastest MicroSDs on the market. You need to update your Switch to be compatible with these cards but once it is updated, the console can even accept cards with 2TB, but at the moment 256GB was the largest we could find. This Extreme Plus is in a faster UHS-3 flash category, with 90MB / s read and 60MB / s write. These top speeds are not supported by the Switch but a better performance than a UHS1 SanDisk Ultra is to be expected – at least in theory.

Games that use a lot of data are still scarce, so The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is the main target of tests for load times, and the results are fascinating. Look at a Switch cartridge and you will see many pins, suggesting an interface capable of very fast transfers. With our Extreme Plus MicroSD, we believe it would be the winner. However, the results are dramatically conclusive – it’s the Switch’s 32GB internal memory that is the system’s fastest storage interface.

:: Bloodshot Competition – We have 20 double invitations for the preview

The first test was near the Temple of Time, an area full of goods to carry. We measure loading times by capturing the loading process in the game, cutting each loading to the exact frame – where in this case the internal storage of the console takes just 30 seconds before you start playing. It’s a long wait, but 14% faster than the cartridge, minus 5 seconds. It even hits the 34 seconds achieved by the two MicroSDs, including the 64GB model. Another curious point is that both MicroSDs are mere seconds from each other.

This happens in more cases. We loaded another complex area, like the Kakariko Village, and Switch’s internal storage came in first again. The 16GB MicroSD is always second, the 64GB MicroSD is third, and then Zelda in the cartridge always last. Whether in the giant tower in Greath Plateau or in a small shrine with a much shorter load time, Switch’s internal memory always wins in load times.

The same is true for areas with smaller data in terms of geometry and textures; Owa Daim Shrine is like many others, it takes about 10 seconds to load regardless of where the game is installed. However, the internal storage expires for a second. Loading a recorded game is one thing, but what about instant journeys between towers and shrines? It is a crucial part of the game’s design considering its scale, large enough to be divided by regions. Opening the map and traveling instantly again takes 27 seconds from internal storage to take us to the tower on the Great Plateau. 5 seconds less than in the cartridge, it takes 32 seconds, and the MicroSDs, which are in the middle of the other two. Basically, on the instant trip you have the same speed difference as when loading a save.

It’s a solid victory for Switch’s internal storage. These results appear several times but were not expected, considering that this NAND partition is fixed and is not expandable. You only have 32GB but at least Nintendo has ensured that the connection with the chipset reaches decent speeds. Less impressive is the fact that the cartridges are always behind. At worst we have a difference of 5 seconds in Zelda, we wonder how in the future games with the Skyrim scale can be affected.

Zelda / Switch Charging Times Card Internal memory Sandisk 16GB Ultra UHS-1 Sandisk 64GB Extreme Plus UHS-3
Temple of Time (Initial load) 35.7 30.7 34.1 34.4
Kakariko Village (Initial load) 27.0 24.1 26.3 26.6
Owa Daim Shrine (Initial load) 9.5 8.7 9.3 9.3
Great Plateau Tower (Travel) 32.6 27.7 30.9 31.2
Dueling Peaks Tower (Travel) 20.5 18.8 19.8 20.1
Shrine of Resurrection (Travel) 24.2 21.8 23.0 23.8

We also have to talk about the speeds of SD cards. None of these Sandisk SDs go beyond console storage, which suggests a speed block. No matter what the bandwidth on the SD, whether 80MB / s on the 16GB model or 90MB / s on the 64GB model, Switch does not take advantage of any. As long as it is a UHS-1 at least, you get the same loading times, or slightly better, than a faster card.

In general, if you want to buy a MicroSD, we advise you to invest in a UHS-1 with the largest capacity you can. You can buy a 128GB for just € 42 and a 200GB for double that price. It is not the fastest method but you will have better speeds than in a cartridge, and with plenty of space for future downloads. But you need to be careful when buying a card.

First, if you have already downloaded games to the console’s memory, it is currently impossible to transfer those games to a MicroSD – a major flaw by Nintendo. As soon as you insert an SD, you have to download all data again to the new destination. It is strange that there is no copy function on the Switch, and for game data, everything you can do and delete. Alternatively, there is the option to archive, which also erases the data, but keeps an icon on the main screen with a link to download it again. It’s a bizarre system that doesn’t make sense, and we hope that Nintendo will add more ways to move games between different locations.

It is also worth saying that as soon as you install a MicroSD on the Switch, all games will be automatically downloaded to that location. Unlike the pictures, you cannot decide where the games are installed – another point that irritates after these results. Only when the SD card is full does the Switch begin to use the internal space. Imagine that you only want one game on the internal NAND memory – to enjoy faster loading times. In this case, you will have to remove the MicroSD first, install the game on NAND, and insert the SD again. It is strange and the warning remains.

:: Pokémon Sword and Shield – How to evolve Eevee into Flareon, Jolteon, Vaporeon, Leafeon, Glaceon, Espeon, Umbreon and Sylveon

Nintendo Switch – MicroSD Recommendations:

  • Best value per space: Sandisk Ultra 200GB MicroSDXC UHS-1
  • Increased storage space: Samsung 256GB Evo MicroSDXC UHS-1
  • Best value for 128GB of space: Sandisk Ultra 128GB MicroSDXC UHS-1
  • Best overall value (€ per GB): Sandisk Ultra 64GB MicroSDXC UHS-1

Fortunately, anyone who already uses a MicroSD but wants to purchase a model with more space does not need to download everything again. You can transfer data between the two MicroSDs using a PC. Game file names are displayed using long sets of numbers and letters, but you can get an idea of what the game is by highlighting the folder, selecting properties and checking file sizes.

This way, you can simply drag the contents from one MicroSD to the other, all games will work on the new card – as long as you use it on the same Switch console. It is also very useful as it offers a way to save all your Switch data; SD cards can sometimes fail.

In terms of better performance, it is a shame that the fastest interface is internal storage – which cannot be improved. In addition, the potential for cutting load times is limited. Investing in a super expensive MicroSD will not improve loading times, but at least you won’t have any more penalties compared to cartridges.

If you want to increase the space on your Switch, the decision is easy. Taking into account the quantity of lower quality products and imitations, it is recommended to buy from a reputable and well-known brand. However, the biggest conclusion of these tests is that investing your money in capacity instead of faster speeds is the best option.

The Russian authorities want to collect data on IP addresses and bank cards from passengers of air and railway companies

The Ministry of Transport has prepared a draft order on a new procedure for the formation of automated databases of personal data on passengers and personnel (crew).

According to it, from September 1, the corresponding data must be transmitted by carriers in air, water and rail transport, as well as road transport for intercity and international traffic (except for flights between Moscow and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region). What will be included in the list of data:

• information about bank cards (last 4 digits, bank name)
• IP addresses
• telephones
• email addresses
• logins and passwords for accounts on the carrier’s website or application
• ticket price
• class of service

The information will be fed into the unified state information system for transport security (USIS OTB). Its operator is the Federal State Unitary Enterprise of the Ministry of Transport “Zashchitainfotrans”. Rosaviatsiya, Rostransnadzor, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB have access to it.

At the same time, the Association of Air Transport Operators (AEVT) in its response to the project indicated that some of the additional data about passengers, including account login and password, are “confidential information, and therefore cannot be disclosed without the consent of the subject of such data.”

AEVT noted that the new requirements do not comply with established ICAO recommendations and standards. The current standard, ICAO (Doc 9944) Guidelines for Passenger Name Records (PNRs), “directs States not to require or hold an operator responsible for providing PNR data that is not already collected or contained in its reservation system.” AEVT asked the Ministry of Transport to finalize the project.

The assessment of the benefits is also not very clear, since a person can reach the booking stage on one device, continue purchasing from another, for example, from a mobile device, and carry out all these actions using a VPN.

— Smartavia

Smartavia supported AEVT. Russian Railways and other airlines declined to comment.

According to a Kommersant interlocutor close to the Ministry of Transport, the document will no longer be finalized. (Kommersant)

Marvel Snap Card Tier List – All Cards in Marvel Snap, Ranked

Marvel Snap Series / Pool 4 Card List

Series/Pool 4 contains a large number of important high-level meta cards. While this tier list of cards represents my perception of their power, sometimes you will need to choose a lower tier card because it may be a missing piece that will significantly improve your deck (Zabu and Nimrod, for example). It all depends on how the RNG assigns you new cards and what you will be able to assemble.

Marvel Snap Series / List of 5 cards in the pool

The series / Pool 5 generally contains:

  • Big Bad cards (such as Thanos, Kang, Galactus, etc.) that will never come out of series 5
  • Latest cards released (in most cases they join series 5 first, then eventually drop to 4/3)
  • Season Passes from the previous season

In most cases, they’re very relevant to meta-reality, and it’s rare that we see a new release be a complete flop. If you’re competitive, you’ll probably take the risk of getting these cards despite the possibility that their price will drop soon.
