With Spurt Medicine, Link can move faster for a short period of time and thus run, climb and swim faster. The medicine is available in different stages or levels, the higher the level, the stronger the effect. In order to prepare the higher quality medicine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, you need various materials. With Spur Medicine, all you need for level 1 is a Spur Lizard and any monster part. To make Level 3 Spurt Medicine, you need other ingredients. A recipe for the Spur Medicine Level 3 consists of 4x Spur Toad and 1x Lizard Spur. There are also other recipes such as 1x Spur Lizard, 2x Spur Toads, 1x Monster Essence and 1x Echsalfos Spur with which you can prepare the Spur Medicine Lv3.
