Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: Defeating Hands

How to beat hands in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom? What can you do against the miasma hands and what is the easiest tactic to take down the opponent? These two questions may be occupying one or the other player from the new Zelda adventure in the past few days. If you don’t accidentally encounter the hands while exploring different areas, then at the latest at the Deku Tree you will encounter the Miasma Hands with a subsequent fight against Phantom Ganon. In this short guide we show how to beat hands in Zelda TotK.

Defeat Hands with Bomb Arrows

When encountering the miasma hands for the first time, some players will probably die after a short time. The hands seem to appear out of nowhere and follow Link. They are so fast that you can barely outrun them by sprinting. If the stamina then decreases, Link will be grabbed by his hands and dealt damage. In doing so, Link suffers Miasma damage, which makes the fight even more difficult.

In order to easily defeat the hands in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, you need around 8 to 10 bomb arrows (in case an arrow goes wrong). The Bomb Arrows can be crafted from a regular Wooden Arrow and a Thunder Flower. Then, from a safe distance, you shoot several bomb arrows one after the other at your hands. The important thing is that you have to do all the hands and do it as quickly as possible, otherwise they will spawn again over time. With an aimed shot you can hit all hands with the explosion of the bomb arrow and after five shots (depending on the bow) the hands are history. If there are still one or two hands with low life points left, you can also go into melee combat. Just be careful not to get grabbed, as this usually spawns new hands.

  • Keep a safe distance from miasma hands
  • Shoot the hands with bomb arrows and try to hit them all at the same time
  • When Link is grabbed by his hands, rock the left analog stick back and forth to allow him to break free
  • Use miasma protection and if necessary food with additional hearts (maximum food)
  • If possible, climb a tree or other elevation where Link’s hands cannot reach
  • Alternatively, you can also freeze your hands and then deal damage, but the variant with the bomb arrows is much easier and faster

In some areas you can also save yourself on a ridge or a tree if the hands are chasing you. In this case, fighting the miasma hands is even easier, since you just have to shoot at the opponent from above. If you get grabbed by your hands in between, you can free yourself by moving the left stick back and forth. If the fight against the hands is still too hard, then you should eat maxi food (with maxi truffle, increases hearts above the maximum) and use a miasma protection so that you don’t take miasma damage and the Hearts can always be refilled in battle.

By the way, if you have a bow with which you can shoot several arrows at once (e.g. the Leunenbogen), you can defeat the hands even more easily and quickly.

After Miasma Hands comes the Phantom Ganon

After successfully leveling the Miasma Hands in the Deku Tree, the battle is not over. Next up is the fight against the Phantom Ganon. The Phantom Ganon should also be used with a miasma guard and/or a spear if possible so you don’t keep walking into the miasma it creates and taking damage. You can block his attacks with a perfect dodge and then counterattack. Sometimes he’ll fly towards you, then just jump backwards at the right moment and deal damage again in slow-mo mode. The bomb arrows are also recommended against Phantom Ganon, with which you can occasionally cause damage.

The Kings League announces its first cash prize after spending a year paying 75 euros per game. Piqué’s league will distribute 100,000 euros to the winner of the Kingdom Cup

Although the Kings Cup has not even finished its first phase and the most important matches are still to be played, Gerard Piqué officially presented the tournament that will close the year of the Kings League in style: the Kingdom Cup. This competition, as he said during the Ibai live a few months ago, will be mixed and will crown the best club of the year.

In addition to the addition that it will be the first football tournament where men and women play “together” (one part for women and another for men), it will also be the first Kings League competition that will offer a cash prize. Well, after several minutes full of tension deciding the money they will offer to the players, the presidents obtained the much-desired figure: 100,000 euros for the winning club of the Kingdom Cup.

If we do quick calculations between all the members of the team, including the coaching staff and even presidents, each of the participating people would take around 3,000 euros clean, Therefore, it is more profitable to only win this tournament than to play the rest of the year. Of course, the distribution of income is decided by the president and it is unknown if these 100,000 euros will be net or gross.

will be next November 25 at the Palau Sant Jordi where, through a morning and afternoon session, we closely follow the finals of this very special tournament. It will also be the first Kings League final in a closed arena, something that many have been expecting for quite some time and that will probably greatly improve the quality of the tournament compared to finals in stadiums.

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: The Underground Temple Quest

Where can you find the underground temple? In the past few days, this may be the question asked by one or the other player who was just at the scout post and picked up the eponymous quest “The Temple in the Underground” from the researcher Josha. The quest starts after completing the “People Underground” quest, where you have to go underground and search for Romelo there. You also have to take a picture of a statue. Since the temple you are looking for is not that easy to find underground, we have created a short guide with a solution for the quest here.

The underground temple in Zelda TotK

As mentioned above, you must first complete the “People Underground” quest before you can search for the Temple Underground. Picked up the quest from Josha and you’re good to go. The description says “Enigmatic statues can be seen on the large mural that Josha assembled from small fragments. Josha noticed that all of the statues’ gazes end at a temple-like building in the middle“. The temple-like building can be found underground at the abandoned Central Mine, which is beneath the “Forgotten Plateau” in the overworld.

  1. If unlocked, teleport to the underground root “Inoguqojk” and then simply follow the path south. Alternatively, you can teleport to the Nusimak underground root and then head southwest.
  2. If you haven’t unlocked the two underground roots yet and have no idea where to find the temple underground, you should jump into the underground entrance at the forest of times north of the Panora Mountain. At the bottom walk a few meters to the north and here you will find the mentioned Nusimak root (see screenshot). From there walk to the southwest and you can already see the temple you are looking for in the distance.
  3. At the temple you have to talk to the researcher and activate the green symbol. Link then learns the “Bauto” ability from the minion construct. After learning the Baumatik skill and building the vehicle, there is a battle against Koga, the leader of the Yiga.
  4. Finally, you have to report back to Josha, assemble the balloon using the newly learned Bautomatic ability and the “The Temple in the Underground” quest is successfully completed.

Incidentally, Bautomatic is Link’s “last hidden ability”.

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: Get Gibdo Wings and Bones

Where to get the Gibdo wings in Zelda TotK? What monsters do you have to kill to get the Gibdo Bones? One or two players from the new Zelda adventure on the Nintendo Switch may have been dealing with these questions in the last few days. The question of where the Gibdo wings and bones were found usually arises when you are in the process of improving the armor of the great fairies. Some armors like the Aero set require the Gibdo Wings and Gibdo Bones as upgrade materials.

Get Gibdo Bones

Similar to the Gibdo Heart, the Gibdo Bones are obtained from the Gibdo Monsters of the same name. The Gibdo can be found in the Gerudo Desert and in the Gerudo Desert underground. A good farming spot for the Gibdo and thus also for the Gibdo bones are the caves in the Gerudo desert. The caves, such as the cave in Central Gerudo, can be entered via sand whirlpools with the quicksand. In the caves you will usually find around 5 to 6 Gibdo. In order to take care of the bony opponents as quickly and easily as possible, you should use an electric weapon. A magic wand with a topaz, for example, can be used as a weapon.

Find Gibdo Wings

To get the Gibdo Wings you need to kill the Gibdo Queen. The Gibdo Queen is a mini-boss that you encounter as part of the quest “Riju from Gerudo Town” and also in the underground. We have drawn the locations of the Gibdo Queen underground on the screenshot. Compared to the fight against the Gibdo, the Gibdo Queen is much stronger, since she can withstand more and deal more damage.

Is it actually possible to improve and strengthen the master sword in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom?

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: Foodie Missing

In the southeast of Hyrule Plains you will find the stable by the river and next to the stable you will find Paen, from whom you will receive the quest “Foodie Missing”. Paen reveals that the chef, named Godric, is concerned about the guests who occasionally stay at the stable. So far, despite the announcement, the guests have not yet appeared at the stable. Supposedly he wants to teach one of the guests a recipe that Princess Zelda gave her personally. The question arises, what do you have to do here and how can you complete the “Gourmet Missing” quest?

Gourmet misses solution

  1. After accepting the quest from Paen, you need to stop by and speak to the cook named Godric. The cook Godric is a few meters further behind the stable. In Godric’s conversation, it is revealed that the guests could be Paragus and the others behind the Oto Bridge.
  2. So walk to the Oto Bridge (or swim the Hylia River if you have enough stamina) and follow the path east to Lake Morgo.
  3. After a few meters you will find a camp with several tents on the right side and the characters you are looking for, such as the aforementioned Paragus, are sitting in front of it. The recipe you are looking for is also on the table. This is the wild rice recipe based on Princess Zelda. The ingredients for the recipe include Venison, Hyrule Rice, and Rock Salt.

The next step is to gather the ingredients and prepare the dish.

  • Wild: Wild can be easily hunted in the forest
  • Hyrule Rice: This is obtained by clearing the grasses in shallow waters. Alternatively, you can buy Hyrule Rice from the general store at the Lookout or in Hateno for just 12 Rupees.
  • Rock Salt: You get rock salt by mining ores in caves.

Since you can find all the ingredients relatively easily and often already have them in your inventory, you can prepare the wild rice recipe directly on the stove and give it to the exhausted Paragus. The wild rice gets Paragus back on his feet and after the conversation, Paen appears at the camp. After talking to Paen again and getting the reward in the form of the purple ruby (equivalent to 50 rubies), the “Foodie Missing” quest will be complete.

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: Sagono’s Mystery Walkthrough

In Hateno everything revolves around the upcoming mayoral election. In the village you not only get some quests from Sagona and Rietnar, but also from other villagers like Sophora. After talking to Sophora you will receive the quest “Sagono’s Secret”. In the quest you should follow Sagono secretly since she sneaks somewhere secretly every night and now you should get to the bottom of it. Since Sagono is very aware of her surroundings, you have to stay under cover to avoid being spotted by her. The question arises, how can you solve the quest and, above all, how can you secretly follow Sagono to solve the mystery?

Sagono’s Secret in Zelda TotK

  1. The first thing to do is wait for the night (to be precise, it sneaks out of the house at around 10:00 p.m.). If you don’t want to wait for the time, you can quickly build a campfire and wait until evening (or you can take a room and sleep until then).
  2. Hide to the right of your shop or on the roof to avoid detection. As soon as she comes out of the door, follow her at a safe distance of a few meters. In between, she stops and looks around. In that case just stay where you are and hide behind the grass until it keeps running.
  3. Then she moves into the tower, which you now have to climb up from the outside. Crawl through the opening at the top and look down. There is a short cutscene in which you can see how she tampers with the supplies.
  4. Finally, you have to visit Sophora again and you can complete the “Sagono’s Secret” quest. as a reward there are 10 armories.

In addition to “Sagono’s Secret” you also have to get to the bottom of “Rietnar’s Secret” in Hateno and see what he does in his little hut at night.

Find Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: Material 243

Where to find Hyrule manual material 243 in Zelda TotK? What is hidden behind the material with the number 243? This question will perhaps concern one or the other player from the new Zelda adventure who has already spent a few hours playing in the world and is in the process of completing the Hyrule manual. There are five different categories in the Hyrule manual and this includes the materials. You can find a total of 126 different materials in the game and to find all of them, you sometimes have to search a bit. Even if you unlock many entries automatically in the course of the story by always taking a quick picture of new things using the photo mode, there are also some materials that are very difficult to find. This also includes material 243.

Material 243 in the Hyrule manual in Zelda TotK

Material 243 from the Hyrule Handbook is the sun gourd. To get the sun gourd, you have to travel to Hateno again and complete the two quests “A Hateno Specialty” and “Ume’s Crops” there. Prerequisite for the second quest is the completion of the “Object Lesson” quest, which can be started in Hateno School. After completing the two quests, you can find the sun gourds in the general store in Hateno for 20 rupees each. If you haven’t completed the quests yet, instead of the sun gourds you will find the armor gourds in the same place in the general store.

So the sun gourds are material 243 in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. If you want, you can also use the pumpkins as an ingredient for cooking, even if there are certainly better ingredients. The sun gourd restores three hearts and otherwise has no special effects. For being so hard to find, we would have expected a better bonus.

Tip: This is one of the best arcs in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: Use Iwarok Heart

What can you actually do with the Iwarok heart in the new Zelda TotK? How to pick up and use the heart from the Iwarok Stone Golem? Anyone who has already explored the world a little in the new Zelda adventure will probably have walked across a meadow where a huge pile of rocks suddenly rises from the ground and runs towards you. These are the Iwaroks, who are a kind of mini boss in the new Zelda and were also in the predecessor. In addition to the question of where to find and defeat the Iwaroks, one or the other player will probably also ask the question, what can you do with the Iwarok heart that the boss opponent drops on the ground after the fight?

Find and defeat Iwarok

The Iwarok are scattered across the map, not just on the surface in the overworld, but underground as well. If you are looking for the locations of all Iwarok, we recommend taking a look at the linked interactive map of mapgenie.io. Once you find the Iwarok and the boulder stands up, you have to fight it. For this you either have to work the crystal on his head or the ore deposit behind or on his head with the weapon. So you can gradually take the life points from the mini boss and defeat them.

Iwarok Heart in Zelda TotK

By hitting the crystal or the ore deposit, you not only get useful gems such as opals, but the Iwarok also drops his stone heart after the fight. The Iwarok heart is quite large and cannot be picked up. The question arises, what can you do with the heart of the Iwarok? The heart can be combined with a weapon via synthesis and thus make it significantly stronger. For example, a basic soldier’s sword with 6x strength can be turned into a Luminous Iwarok Hammer with a strength of 27.

Find, farm and buy Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: Rock Salt

Where to find the rock salt in Zelda TotK? Is there a dealer where you can buy the rock salt? In the new Zelda adventure for the Nintendo Switch, like its predecessor, there are again numerous materials that are needed for the preparation of dishes, medicine, but also as upgrade material for the armor. If you are with the great fairies and are improving your armor, you may need rock salt and ask yourself where do you get the salt in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom?

Farming rock salt in Zelda TotK

The rock salt can be mined relatively easily via the ore chunks. The chunks of ore not only provide precious stones such as topaz or sapphire, valuable diamonds and opals, but also flint and rock salt. The ore chunks are scattered throughout Hyrule and are mostly found in caves. A good farm spot for rock salt farming is the royal secret passage at the lookout post, where you can also find some ore deposits and other useful items such as thunder flowers.

buy rock salt

If you don’t feel like farming the rock salt, even if you can actually find it relatively easily and quickly at the right location, you can also buy rock salt. You can buy a rock salt for 12 rupees at the general store in Gerudo Town. The offer of the dealers is increased again with the blood moon, so that you can always get enough rock salt here (even if you sometimes have to wait a bit). In another article we have already described how to trigger the blood moon manually in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

Fashion-conscious, ___y: This is how the Ganondorf was created “to fall in love with” in Tears of the Kingdom

A recent issue of Nintendo Dream featured a developer interview on The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. A section was dedicated to the antagonist Ganondorf, including his design and depiction in the game.

The interviewer notes that Tears of the Kingdom is the first game involving director Hideomaro Fujibayashi to install Ganondorf as a villain. We remember: Fujibayashi is an old series hand. He has already taken a seat in the director’s chair for the “Oracles” games, “Minish Cap”, “Skyward Sword” and “Breath of the Wild”.

“Tears of the Kingdom” solidifies Ganondorf as a character

Fujibayashi explains. “For me, Ganondorf is untouchable or something that is very difficult to touch. He is an important figure in the long history of the Zelda series. I even thought that Ganondorf was like another protagonist.” He continues: “Ganondorf is evil personified to the people of Hyrule, but he is also a “king” with his own dignity and way of thinking, as a demon king and also as King of Gerudo.”

Series producer Eiji Aonuma adds: “This is the first time that Ganondorf is seen killing on screen, which shocked me.” So far, Ganondorf has only been gently portrayed as evil, “but in my opinion he had to be that way for this world be a villain, otherwise the story wouldn’t work. “Even though I’ve been portraying Ganondorf for a long time, I think this game really solidified his character,” explains Aonuma.

As ___y as he is evil

Ganondorf’s new look is also discussed in the interview. Fujibayashi had specific wishes. He didn’t want to just make Ganondorf look violent. The designers fulfilled his wish to “make him look overwhelmingly evil while at the same time being handsome enough that both men and women would fall in love with him.”

In addition, Ganondorf was supposed to have “a strong sense of beauty and good taste” from the start. Fujibayashi explains: “We thought that he would probably be a character who places a lot of emphasis on his appearance and demonstrates his dignity and intelligence as a king, and designed him with that in mind, designing his face, his body, down to his personality Fingertips have been carefully designed, making it appear robust and ___y at the same time.”

Aonuma also adds that Ganondorf “enjoys the Japanese aesthetic.” Fujibayashi picks up on it and explains: “We incorporated something like the coolness or essence of Japanese military generals. Look at his stance with his sword and how he unsheathes it, among other movements.”

Another important aspect for the team was to show Ganondorf’s “humanity”. “We also paid very close attention to the expression on his face when he killed. We actually wondered if we should show it at all, but we thought it would make sense, so we did it.”

What did you think of the portrayal of Ganondorf in “Tears of the Kingdom”?

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord: How to run a kingdom

Immediately after completing The Dragon Banner mission, the game will allow you to establish your own kingdom. Indeed, the functionality of a king or queen is more or less identical to that of a vassal. You can open the same domain panel (K), and many mechanics may look familiar. The only change is that you are now a ruler.

Now that you rule your kingdom, each victory in battle will bring influence points. Even the destruction of ordinary looters and bandits.

Before continuing, let’s remember how to gain influence by playing a vassal:

– Battle victory: As described above, now that you are king, the game will reward you with influence for each victory. The harder (bigger) the battle, the more influence you will receive to participate in it.

– Build a forum. You can create it in any main rule it belongs to. Add 1 influence point per day. It can even be improved!

– Donation of troops. The soldiers you deliver to Allied garrisons increase your influence.

– Updating charisma skills is a slow and tedious process, but for this you will receive a lot of useful bonuses, including influence.

Then you should focus on the politics of the kingdom. As a vassal, you were generally limited to a series of laws. But now you’re a ruler, so you can do almost anything you say.

Kingdom management menu.

Kingdom policy: influence of the sovereign

Here are some political laws that will allow you to have a daily influence on Bannerlord:

– The House of Commons: +1 point of influence and +1 to militia production for each celebrity in the colony; Extremely powerful decree, as all unique NPCs in the colony, including merchants and artisans, will count towards bonuses.

– Feudal inheritance: clans gain +1 to influence each fight they have; double the cost of a Clan Battle Souvenir; You will be influenced based on the number of settlements under your control.

– Sacred grandeur: the sovereign’s clan gains +5 influence; the remaining clans of the kingdom (not the sovereign) lose 1 point of influence.

– Royal Guard: the sovereign’s clan gains +1 for influencing and +80 for the size of the detachment (sovereign); all other clans lose 0.2 influence.

– Military Coronae: military achievements give 30% more influence; the salary increases by 10%.

– Castle Charters: castles give +1 to influence; lock upgrades are 20% cheaper.

– Magistrates – +1 to the influence of the chieftain; +1 to city security; municipal taxes reduced by 5%.

– King’s mercenaries: the sovereign receives a double influence from the mercenaries; Non-governing clans receive 10% less influence from battles.

– Senate – +1 to influence the clans of the third level.

– Noble Entourage – +1 for influencing fourth level clans and +50 for army size for clan leaders.

– Legislators: Clan leaders with high charisma gain +1 influence and leaders with low charisma lose 1 influence per day. For example, 75 charisms will not be enough.

– Privy Council of Lords – +1 to influence clans of the fifth level or higher.

– Serfdom: Villages add +0.3 influence to the ruling clan, but lose 1 militia and 1 prosperity. This will only be a good option if you can make up for these losses.

– Bailiffs – +1 to city security; cities with more than 60 security points add 1 influence point to the rule; municipal taxes are down 0.5.

First unlock the « House of Commons », then the « Feudal Heritage ». Depending on the factors, you can get up to 40 influence points per day, which will have you taking all the necessary political courses in no time.

More political courses

There are other political courses that are extremely useful in running the kingdom and the economy:

– The right to graze cattle – +1 to the loyalty of the colony and the production of the militia.

– People’s platform: +1 to city loyalty and a 5% reduction in city taxes.

– Imperial Cities – +1 to loyalty and prosperity of cities owned by the sovereign; Ungoverned cities lose 0.3 units of these indicators.

The decisions of magistrates and bailiffs, while adding points of influence, are also beneficial in terms of improving the security of the colonies. Well-protected cities will also improve their relationship (reputation) with known NPCs in this area. We are talking about artisans, merchants and other characters who can provide even more troops for recruiting.

Manage your regulations (disputes)

When it comes to settlements, you should be familiar with the following terminology:

– Cities – the main settlements; provide much more space for buildings; bring higher profits; you can recruit troops; protected by the garrison and the militia; can be transferred to a vassal.

– Castles – fortified establishments; less options for buildings, low income, you can not recruit troops; protected by the garrison and the militia; can be transferred to a vassal.

– Villages – small settlements; no construction option; low income; you can recruit troops; protected only by the militia; you cannot give a vassal, but you are « attached » to the nearest town or castle.

– Garrison forces: units that you place manually in the colony to protect it; consume food

– Militia forces: generated automatically by towns, villages or castles; Do not eat food.

– “Linked” villages: all villages are linked to a specific town or castle. The occupation of a town or a castle will give control over all the villages which are attached to it.

– Prosperity: ensures that the agreement will give much more money through taxes.

– Loyalty: protects the colony from disturbances (to my knowledge, this mechanism is not yet implemented in the game).

– Security: the higher the security level, the better your relationship with merchants and other NPCs. The former is useful when recruiting high-level troops.

– Food: prevents hunger; increases in barns (in towns) or gardens (in castles).

– Production: accelerates the construction of buildings and the realization of various projects.

Governors are the partners you designate to govern the city; Depending on their skill as « Manager », they can provide various bonuses; make sure the governor and colony have the same culture, which will undoubtedly increase loyalty.

You can also construct buildings and execute projects. Among buildings, preference should be given to those that increase the influence and prosperity of the colonies and provide additional militia units. Projects are repeated indefinitely, so choose the housing option to continue improving the well-being of the settlement. Finally, try to complete NPC missions that cannot be played, which will improve relations in a specific area.

Manipulation vassale

Try to strengthen your influence as a leader and start passing all the laws that will help you in this area. When you are ready, you can start recruiting Lords into your faction. Don’t worry, it isn’t particularly complicated. A familiar mechanic is used to verify dialogs and agree to the terms of the transaction.

Remember two things:

“You can’t make noble companions, so you have to hire existing gentlemen. «

– If you are at war with the kingdom and you successfully recruit one of the enemy clans, it will join you with all the colonies that belong to it. However, difficulties may arise if you have previously invaded a clan’s territory.

Before recruiting my first vassal clan, I passed many laws. Remember that vassals with little influence, without colonies, will not be able to make a great contribution to the prosperity of your army. They cannot create armies or bring in a lot of money. However, you should still help them.

Improve relations with vassals and transfer fiefdoms

Let’s say you already get 40 to 70 influence points per day. You can certainly put some aside. In the « Kingdom / Clans » panel, you can support the vassal clan by transferring some influence to it. In addition, such an action will also increase your relationship with the vassal by 2 points.

As for feudal possessions, you can only transfer one newly captured establishment to a vassal. This will be done by vote, and you will have a choice of three options. They are random, you cannot change their settings, although landless vassals can have priority. If you save the settlement for yourself, you will no longer be able to transfer it to the vassal. Open the “Kingdom / Feuds” menu and you will see that the offer button for the transaction is simply inactive now.

Likewise, you cannot transfer ownership of your vassal (or character from other realms) through barter. At least until he improves his business skills to a high level. You then unlock the perk, allowing you to transfer land.

Vassal army

As mentioned above, vassals with sufficient influence will be able to create their own armies. You can even repair them yourself. The problem is different: you won’t have full control over what your AI allies do. They are trustworthy in the very fact of army training and campaign tracking, but you cannot specify specific areas as a goal.

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord: How to Create Your Kingdom (Become King)

To establish your kingdom, you must first complete the story quest line. After completing the first two tasks, you will need to meet Istiana and Arzagos. The location of these heroes will be marked with markers. Istiana wants you to support the existing kingdom and help the Empire, while Arzagos wants to destroy it. However, the requirements to complete the mission are the same for both parties.

To build your own empire, the hardest thing to do is get a deal available to you. To do this, join one of the factions and deserve to be elected as the head of the colony. Or, optionally, take any city under siege. Either way, you have to fight, because even if you are elected ruler, you will have to leave the current kingdom to establish your kingdom, which means that it will regard you as a traitor and declare war. However, there is a small chance that no one will declare war on you. In any case, imagine that you survived the war and are now the owner of your colony. What to do next?

First war

The best way to increase your chances of survival is to bring other clans into your faction. To do this, select the faction that is near your territory and press N to open the game’s encyclopedia. From the encyclopedia menu, select « Kingdom » and the one that interests you. A page will open with all the clans of this faction. Click on each clan to find their leader. If you are having difficulty, you can check the list below.

Please note that no faction leader is listed below, because for obvious reasons you cannot recruit him. In addition, here is a list of the first Lords. As you read it, Acerai may have already been destroyed and some of its leaders have been recruited by other factions. But the names of the leaders will still come in handy, as you can hire them even if they have already managed to join another faction. The main thing is to be able to convince them and pay the necessary money.

The names of the faction leaders are in English:

– Acerai: Adram, Tais, Suruq, Talas, Awdhan, Karith, Iyalas.

– Battania: Ergeon, Melidir, Pryndor, Luichan, Aeron, Aradwyr.

– Husaitas: Mesui, Tulag, Tigrit, Hurunag, Akrum, Ilatar, Kanujan, Taslur.

– Northern Empire: Manteos, Chason, Encurion, Gyphor, Nicasor, Tasynor.

– Empire of Sud: Pharon, Golds, Turiated, Joron, Sichanis, Serandon, Abalytos.

– Sturgia: Olek, Godun, Yorig, Vashorki, Vyldur, Fafen, Tovir.

– Vlandia: Aldric, Calatild, Ingalther, Servic, Ospir, Belgir, Hecard, Vartin, Ecarand.

– Western Empire: Apys, Crotor, Tynops, Desporion, Saratis, Achios, Vipon.

Talk to any clan leader and try to attract them to your faction. To increase the chances of persuasion, you need to increase the level of charisma. We describe increasing the level of all skills in more detail in a separate guide. If you don’t want to save and restart the game before each attempt, I suggest you skip this moment entirely until you have a high enough charisma level. Since if you fail and save, the game will no longer allow you to repeat the same conversation with the leader of that clan. And the same goes for each of the available ones.

Choose the name of the kingdom.

After persuasion is complete, some clan leaders may demand compensation. It can be a small amount or quite a large amount. Sometimes even up to 0.5 million dinars! And in some situations, clan leaders come to see you for free. Now what happens next: Some leaders will keep the enmities that belong to them (from the previous realm) or be lost. In the first case, you can go to war with this clan.

Instead of clans, you can hire mercenaries. They will work for you, no one will attract them, but you will have to pay them for the Influence Points they bring to your piggy bank. Use them if you have a lot of money or as a last resort.

War

After recruiting the leaders of the other clans, you must make sure that they do not leave your kingdom. You must present fiefdoms to all affiliate leaders who do not have one. And then you have to go to war. You can’t complete Bannerlord’s main quest, largely because the game just doesn’t allow you to stop the plot. You will fight constantly. And if that doesn’t happen, storm any city and the war won’t take long. Currently, the game’s diplomatic system is not working.

I propose to accumulate a certain amount before the start of the war (something like 100,000 dinars). The reason is that after winning enough fights, you should try to redeem yourself. And for that, you need money. As well as making peace with another enemy faction, which will declare war on the way. Waging two wars simultaneously 1 is not practical. As soon as you have an enemy, open the kingdom screen (K), select the “Armies” section and create your own by gathering all the troops in the kingdom. To get an even bigger army, you can summon your allies and create separate groups via the clan screen (L key). A good army has around 500 units, but you can always find larger and more powerful enemy armies.

Baldur’s Gate 3 is not Jurassic Park, but almost, because there will be a ‘secret’ kingdom full of dinosaurs

It was not enough for us to become a wheel of cheese in the purest Pac-Man style. That is what they have had to think in Larian Studios when developing a non-obligatory and circumstantial plot line that It can transport us to an area in the purest Jurassic Park style. Worst of all, both issues seem to be related, since the trigger for one or the other would be in a specific mission chain and in a series of alternative responses.

Or what is the same, that we should not be able to enjoy both routes in a single game. He told us about all this and much more. swen vincke, director of Baldur’s Gate 3, a while ago. He did so through a Kotaku interview in which he literally believed that only the 0.1% of players they would naturally arrive at this location in their first game.

Chult is a real continent in DnD and if the circumstances arise, we can visit it in Baldur’s Gate 3

All this history would have its origin in Chult, a kingdom of Dungeons and Dragons which is populated by dinosaurs. The fact is that it seems that it will not be easy to reach her and that everything would depend on how we responded and acted in a certain situation that, logically, she has not revealed. Similarly, when he talks about the 0.1% of players in a natural way, he means all those who will choose this route (without knowing what will happen) without consulting any kind of guide or explanation.

Either way, back to Chult, this site would be crawling with dinosaurs. The director does not speak as such, of course, of the Steven Spielberg film. After all, this place exists in DnD, although it’s still a pretty unique reference when you consider what Chult is like. The main difference from Jurassic Park is that It is not an island, but a peninsula, but done the trick, done the trickand its mere description reminds us a lot of the aforementioned film.

When it comes to the game and the possibilities it offers, Swen also explained that, during our first game, the chances are that we are only able to see 30% of the game. Thus, it has confirmed something that we already knew: we will have to play it more than once to see all its content.
