The deer and the golden deer can be found in various places in the DBZ Kakarot game world. One location is in the sacred quince forest in the western forest area of the world map. Once you have arrived in the sacred quince forest, you fly to the west and between the two fruit trees and the materials warehouse you will find some animals, including deer.
