Ghost Recon Breakpoint: Where to find the Jade Stones?

According to our research, the three jade stones required for the quest cannot be bought anywhere, but they can be found in the game world. More specifically, we found the stones in Whalers Bay. According to reports on Reddit, the jade stones can also be found on other rivers, and not just on Whalers Bay. Do you know any other locations for the stones where they can be found quicker and easier? If you know more, please share your experiences about the locations here in the comments section.
