Play Pokemon Unite with mouse and keyboard?

You can Play Pokemon Unite with mouse and keyboard? How can you have one? Connect the mouse and keyboard to the Nintendo Switch and then play Pokemon Unite on top of that? The question might be something like this from one or other player who recently downloaded the new Pokemon MOBA for the Nintendo Switch. The question arises especially if you have only ever played MOBA on the PC with a mouse and keyboard and don’t really get to grips with the controller controls in the game. But can you actually play Pokemn Unite with a mouse and keyboard?

Pokemon Unite: Mouse and keyboard support?

Similar to other Switch games, the new Pokemon Unite does not support mouse and keyboard controls. This also applies to the Nintendo Switch itself, to which you can connect and set up a mouse and keyboard directly via USB or Bluetooth. But there are still ways you can play Pokemon Unite with a mouse and keyboard, using a special adapter. Similar to what some people may know from other consoles such as the PS4 or Xbox One, you can also connect a mouse and keyboard to the Nintendo Switch using an adapter and use it to play some games. In the linked YouTube video you can see how you can play the new Pokemon Unite with a mouse and keyboard using such an adapter. Apart from a few minor restrictions and a small input delay, there are reportedly no major restrictions.

By the way, with the release of Pokemon Unite for smartphones (especially Android), something will certainly change on this topic. If Pokemon Unite is released for Android, then you can most likely install it and get it running in an Android emulator. In this case, you could also play Pokemon Unite on the PC with a mouse and keyboard.
