Red Dead Redemption 2 white Arab gone and disappeared

Why is the white Arabian in Red Dead Redemption 2 no longer where I found it before? What can I do if the white Arab has escaped and is now missing? If you are looking for the best free horse or wild horse in RDR 2, you should go to the northwest of the map, because you can find the white Arabian at Lake Isabella. The white Arabian is the best free horse in the game and since it is a traditional wild horse, you can easily catch it and get it for free. Since the white Arabian is an elite horse, it is not that easy to catch (we have already described how to catch and tame the white Arabian in the linked article). It will certainly happen to one or the other and the white Arabian will flee and disappear at the first attempt to tame it. If you then go to Lake Isabella again, you will usually no longer see the elite horse there. The question arises, does the horse only appear once or do you have a second chance to catch the horse?

Red Dead Redemption 2 escaped and now gone: what to do?

Since the white Arab also escaped on our first attempt and could no longer be found or could be found in the place where he could have been found before, here is a quick tip on the subject.

If the white Arab flees, he is not gone permanently. But it usually takes a few days until you can find it again. On the one hand, you can now simply continue in the story and travel to Lake Isabella again a few days later, but on the other hand, you can also build a campfire a little further out and take a short nap. It’s best to do this more often, so that at least two to three days pass. Then return to Lake Isabella and then you should be able to find the white Arabian again and catch/tame it again.

In order to save yourself these steps next time if catching and taming the white Arabian goes wrong again, you should create a manual save file beforehand. If the worst comes to the worst, you can simply load the save game and try it again.
