Play Stranded Deep for two in co-op or splitscreen?
The survival game, which is very popular on the PC, was released quite surprisingly for the consoles last week and is already enjoying great popularity there. Not for nothing, because Stranded Deep is now a pretty good survival game that has been continually developed and supplemented with numerous features in recent years. Anyone who has already played the game on the PC may be familiar with the co-op mode in the form of the split-screen mode. The question arises, is there something like this on the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One?
Stranded Deep Co-op Mode on PS4 and Xbox One?
The short answer is, no, at least in the current version of Stranded Deep on the PS4 and Xbox One, there is neither an online co-op mode nor an offline co-op that allows two people to play in split screen on one console. So far there is no information as to whether and when the co-op or split-screen mode will come to the console version. Since the feature is already available in the PC version, it will hopefully only be a matter of time, but there is no official confirmation yet.
For the current PS4 and Xbox One version of Stranded Deep, this means that you can currently only complete the survival adventure alone. There is currently neither online multiplayer nor offline multiplayer with split-screen mode.
