Amnesia: The Bunker can be randomly generated for each game, but the locations where you can find key items remain the same. If you’re looking to get a shotgun to knock down doors more easily or a gas mask to scare away bunker pests, you’ll need to find some codes. But the codes can’t be found just anywhere and if you move too fast you might miss them all together. Players will need to find specific soldier dog tags in order to get their locker codes for mission storage. We can tell you where you’ll find the Dog Tags and the soldiers they belong to, but we can’t tell you the specific code. For that reason, this is Vincent’s guide on how to find every Dog Tag in Amnesia: The Bunker.
All Dog Tag locations and their codes in Amnesia: The Bunker
As stated above, we cannot tell you definitively what your game will be because it is random. While the soldiers the dog tags belong to are also, to some extent, random, the actual locations of the dog tags can always be found within a set location. Items crucial to surviving, gaining the upper hand against the Beast and Rats, or exploring the Bunker more freely, require the correct Dog Tag code in order to unlock the corresponding locker in Mission Storage. We have highlighted in bold Dog tags that must always have the same soldier tied to the beacon location. This is because the lore and notes you find will point you in the direction of the Dog Tag, or indicate that the corpse you are looting is the Dog Tag’s wearer. For example, Delisle’s dog tag will always be in Delisle’s bedroom because he was holed up there until his death.

The order in which you collect the Dog Tags affects the name of the soldier you will see on the Tag. For this reason, we noted that you should have the name of either soldier on the Tag you encounter. Below is both a list and a marked map that you can refer to when you find all 19 dog tags. Keep in mind that Lambert’s Dog Tag is located deep in the Roman Tunnels, therefore its location on the map is incorrect but cannot be placed anywhere else. We’ve also noted what you’ll get with each Dog Tag, as some are much more important than others. Only some soldiers carry locker codes with gifts inside.
