Batman Arkham Knight: new details

The wait is long for Bat fans, very long. Indeed, after being announced for October 2014, Batman: Arkham Knight has been pushed back to June 2, 2015, which will likely allow Rocksteady to deliver one of the first big blockbusters of this PS4/Xbox One generation. To make us wait even longer, new details about the game have been revealed.

First on the scenario. If there are (fortunately) no spoilers for the main adventure, we learn that Jim Gordon expected to play an important role. Will he therefore often be present throughout the game, or should we see the possibility of playing the character during one or more phases of the game, in the same way as Catwoman in Arkham City? The studio also wanted to point out that the main enemy of this opus, Arkham Knight, is indeed a new character, and not an old one disguised like Jason Todd, the second Robin that many fans imagine under the Arkham Knight armor. . Of course, this may be an attempt by Rocksteady to cover their tracks.

Concerning the gameplay and the Batmobile, we already knew that it will offer 2 modes, one allowing you to concentrate on the road and the other on the combat. Batman’s speedster won’t stop there, since she can also deliver the final blow to an enemy. Indeed, after a good uppercut from Batman, our opponent is propelled into the air before receiving a shot from the batmobile.

The Arkham Knight Militia will have several outposts across the city that will be difficult for our Dark Knight to traverse. Unless the player takes control first! So here is something new that seems to be inspired by Ubisoft games. However, let’s hope for a little more originality.

Finally, the gameplay should be even deeper than that of Arkham City, allowing fans of the series to find a little more challenge.

Possible reboot logo found at WB Games Montreal office

The great mystery surrounding the game batman of WB Games Montreal in development continues to grow. Fans have been waiting for the official announcement of the game for months. However, every event, whether at E3, at The Game Awards or not, goes without mentioning the new Batman game. The most recent evidence that an ad should be released has been discovered. It’s what could be the game’s official logo.

The logo in question comes from Twitter user James Sigfield. Sigfield posted two images on Twitter, which apparently were taken in the elevator at the WB Montreal. Inside the elevator, to one side, is an unknown Batman logo. It’s still a Batman logo in every sense of the term. It’s shaped like a bat with its wings spread, like almost every other Batman logo. It’s just unique in its overall shape. As such, many believe this Batman logo is specific to the game or franchise that WB Montreal is working on.

This could possibly be our first look at the logo from the new Batman game reboot.

It’s worth acknowledging the evidence that the logo is related to the new Batman game. Just having the logo at the WB Montreal studio should be enough. To cement its importance, there is a small WB logo in the corner of the Batman logo. This Batman logo is clearly deeply connected to something being worked on on the WB. Fans still don’t know what’s linked so far.

WB Monreal is working on a Batman game, but it has no release date, confirmed platforms or official title.
