Baldur’s Gate 3: Trust or betray Queen Githyanki…

If you visit the Githyanki Nursery, you will meet their Lich Queen Vlaakith. She will entrust you with difficult tasks, but can you trust her or must you betray her?

Shortly after meeting Lae’zel at the start of the game, she will offer to go to the Githyanki Creche in order to get rid of your parasites. Even if you don’t believe his idea will actually be the solution to your problems, you should definitely go to daycare, and here we’ll tell you why.

  • to start!

In order to reach the Githyanki Nativity Scene, you will need to take the mountain pass to the right of the goblin camp in act 1.

Baldur’s Gate 3 Vlaakith: Why You Should Visit Githyanki Nativity Scene

After recruiting Shadowheart to your party, you will find that she is carrying a mysterious item with her, the Artifact. In order to know more about the truth behind this artifactyou need to go to the Nursery, where the Githyanki can tell you more.

Besides that this is also an important area to deepen your relationship with Lae’zel, the Creche is the key to discovering many principles of the Baldur’s Gate 3 story. Especially if you want to know more about your dream visitor (i.e. your Guardian that you created at the start of the game).

Once you enter the manger, you won’t be able to leave until you continue with the story. You will technically be able to leave, but if you try to do so, Lae’zel and all the other Githyanki will attack you. You can survive this encounter by killing everyone, but that includes Lae’zel.

  • !

So, if you plan to enter this area, make sure you are well prepared, because some tough battles await you.

How to learn more about the artifact

This story point is one that many will miss, as it involves the abandonment of the artifact. But rest assured, you won’t give up the artifact for good. The artifact is bound to you, so even if you give it to Captain Githyanki, she’ll have to take you to the Inquisitor.

You can either decide to accompany the captain to the inquisitor or kill the captain beforehand. In any case, you will still be able to access the Inquisitor’s Room. If you kill the captain, you will need to destroy the crystal stone nearby to enter the room.

Only after killing the Inquisitor will Vlaakith appear. Once she enters the room, she will order you to enter a portal to the artifact in order to kill your Guardian in the astral plane.

Should you trust your tutor or Vlaakith

At this point it is important to follow the queen’s orders, whether or not you plan to kill your Guardian. If you don’t follow Vlaakith’s orders and try to get out of this situation, you will anger the Githyanki and Lae’zel, and they will try to kill you immediately. Once again, you can survive this attack, but risk losing Lae’zel and missing important aspects of Baldur’s Gate 3’s story.

We therefore recommend that you go through the portal and enter the astral plane. As soon as you step onto the plane, you’ll be faced with the decision of whether or not to kill your dream visitor. This answer is quite simple: do not kill your Guardian.

You will only encounter downsides if you attempt to kill your Guardian. It’s a magical creature that can’t be killed and they know it.

This situation is a test of whether they can trust you or not. If you choose to kill your dream visitor, Vlaakith will betray you and your Guardian will no longer trust you. For this reason, your actions may have serious consequences for you in the future.

If you choose to trust the visitor of your dreams rather than Vlaakith and decide to spare his life, he will tell you more about the Parasite Illithid in your head and what Vlaakith plans. After that, you can return to the manger and telepathically inform Lae’zel of Vlaakith’s plans.

As soon as Vlaakith discovers that you betrayed her, she will attack you. Lae’zel will stick with his party in this case and will even kill his own people to keep you safe.

Be ready for this fight, it won’t be easy.

Baldur’s Gate 3: Meeting Vlaakith in Act 3

During your adventures in Act 3, you will eventually face the Lich Queen Vlaakith again. She will catch you during your Long Rest and try to convince you to join her, especially if you went against her wishes (). It’s a serpent with a silver tongue that does its best to deceive you.

If you’ve already made up your mind to betray her and don’t want to change your plans, most things will stay the same. You will work with Voss to rescue Prince Orpheus. But if you decide to trust him and encourages Lae’zel to do the same, you seal the fate of all three – Voss, Orpheus and Lae’zel. Queen Vlaakith will consume everyone and continue to reign as the Lich Queen, feeding her people more lies.

Why Gregory Betray Cassie in FNAF: Security Breach Ruin?

The Ruin DLC story is intended to clear up any questions that may have arisen upon the release of Security Breach. As FNAF is known for its complex lore that can leave some fans scratching their heads in sheer confusion, each episode is an attempt to not only clarify certain questions, but leave even more questions for the next episode to confirm or resolve. deny all new theories. . While Ruin confirms the concerns necessary for the end of Security Breach’s canon, we’ve also seen the reveal of the series’ true antagonist. Although William Afton has been a feared name in the franchise, The Mimic’s move to permanent fear was signified since Sister Location. But how to explain Gregory’s behavior in FNAF: Security Breach Ruin? This is Vincent’s point of view why Gregory betrayed Cassie in Ruin.

Now I know what you’re thinking – why did Gregory betray Cassie? We already have an incredibly limited selection of female protagonists in the franchise and now one has been “killed off”. The story of Ruin DLC is as follows: Cassie heads to the Pizzaplex after receiving an SOS text message from Gregory that he is trapped. While this was the case for the original Security Breach setting, the same cannot be said for Ruin as it blatantly happens after these events. So, as we all know Gregory’s fate to some degree, we can all attest to the assumption that Gregory is not framed.

The End of the Security Breach – Ruin DLC

As you play through the DLC, the ending reveals that it wasn’t actually Gregory who was begging for your help, but rather Mimic. For those unfamiliar with Mimic’s identity in FNAF lore and his timeline, Mimic acted as Circus Baby in Sister Location. The Circus Baby in this game was not the real android baby but rather the Mimic who, instead of being an endoskeleton, he performed and committed nefarious and highly manipulative acts through technological systems such as the interior of a CHIP. The canon ending of Sister Location showed Mimic being safely removed from Circus Baby’s body, before being placed in what we call the Pizzaplex years later. The Mimic regained his form but was stopped by Gregory and Glamrock Freddy. Trapped inside the Pizzaplex as it decayed after the explosion, the Mimic went to work inside the only form of technology he had his hands on – phone records.

The Mimic took on Gregory’s identity and pretended to be him, texting Cassie to lure her out and take down MXES’ security system. the elevator shaft, later revealed to be a trick in which Gregory snapped the elevator cables, allowing Cassie to fall. For those asking about his betrayal against whom we can only assume was his best friend, it wasn’t Gregory on the system. The moment the ‘real’ Gregory talked to Cassie was suspicious as hell and it doesn’t make sense if we’re assuming the human Gregory magically came to her rescue right at the end of the game.

The question on everyone’s lips – did Gregory betray Cassie?

We have plenty of evidence that there has never been a real Gregory throughout the game and all from the POI where Gregory guides Cassie to the exit. At the end of the illusion, he pretends he is safe now when in reality Cassie has been tricked and sees a mirage of safety through Vanny’s lens. Inside the elevator shaft, Gregory is communicating through the speaker system, which would imply that he’s been here the whole time, controlling the system. Since Cassie disabled MXES which was protecting the system from Mimic, it would make sense for the Gregory on the speakers to still be Mimic. Finally, the Mimic, while it can reproduce a human voice, still has imperfections in its delivery, such as static and oddly placed pauses.

All of this means that Gregory never betrayed Cassie, but rather that Cassie fell victim to The Mimic twice in a short time. But I can’t blame her, after all she’s just a kid.
