In addition, we also gave space to a secret shortcut that, for 16 years, has been the last resort of many to restart Windows. However, what no one knew is that Microsoft has a combination that, in short, helps you look for work.

Although it is somewhat cumbersome, the shortcut in question is Ctrl + Shift + Alt + Win + L and is available in Windows 11. Thus, those users of the new Microsoft operating system will have the opportunity, once they press this combination, to open LinkedIn. Regardless of the main browser, this shortcut allows interested parties to open their LinkedIn profile, a social network focused on offering job opportunities. And, in case anyone was surprised by this possibility, it is because Microsoft has owned LinkedIn for a few years.

Other combinations available with Ctrl + Shift + Alt + Win

If you are a Windows 10 user, the combination Ctrl + Shift + Alt + Win (without pressing any letter) will open Word 365exactly the same thing that happens in Windows 11 if you enter this combination and add the letter W. Be that as it may, the existence of this combination and its possibilities, beyond how cumbersome it can be to press 5 keys At the same time, it gives a range of possibilities to users who make the most of the keyboard’s possibilities.

To explain the consequences of the Activision Blizzard deal, Microsoft has now launched a special site. On the site you can read what the vision of the American publisher is with the company behind Call of Duty, World of Warcraft and Diablo, among others.

With the page, Microsoft also wants to make it clear that the company will not become too big a power within the game industry. In fact, according to an overview, ‘Sony and Nintendo remain the largest players’ in the field of games. Microsoft will also ensure healthy competition in the , where ‘a number of large players now dominate’.

Investigation into Activision Blizzard deal launched

The fact that Microsoft has now launched a special site to explain the consequences of the acquisition does not come at a strange time. In September it became clear that the EU and the watchdog of the United Kingdom have launched an investigation into the takeover. In particular, the possibility of Call of Duty becoming an Xbox-exclusive franchise would cause problems.

The deadline for the EU investigation is 8 November. On that date, the European Commission must give its approval, block the takeover or there is still a possibility to launch a more in-depth investigation. So it will be a while before we get more certainty about the Activision Blizzard deal.
