Aggro Crab is living a desperate situation. His offices, located in the city of Seattle, are the target of a series of attacks that seriously hinder the development of the nice indie game Another Crab’s Treasure. According to members of the company (via GamesRadar+), they are already three times that the team finds the door to his studio smashed into pieces; something that is complemented by theft of computer equipment.
On January 24, Aggro Crab posted a message on our Xbox controllers and some SSDs“. In the attached image (and modified to bring some iron out of the matter) it can be seen perfectly a completely broken glass door. The studio goes on to ensure that they have taken out insurance for these cases and, to make matters worse, they explain that this is not the first time they have gone through this situation: “If they gave me a penny for every time we have been robbed during development, I would have two cents. Which isn’t much, but it’s weird that it’s happened twice.”
And it doesn’t end here, as another forced entry into the office was reported today. Although Aggro Crab does not specify if any theft has occurred on this third occasion, the image attached in its X publication demonstrates that an individual he broke the glass door again: “Does anyone have an office that is not made of glass, please,” add the members of the study on the social network.

Luckily, there is another indie studio in Seattle that has heard about everything that happened in the Aggro Crab offices and has decided to lend a hand to its colleagues: “The Astroneer team (System Era Softworks) has passed and they have lent us some security cameras and development hardware. Thank you very much, guys.” Let’s hope this latest measure deters thieves from breaking into Aggro Crab’s studio again, since, apparently, this goes beyond bad luck.
