A new era for Diablo IV! The last season of Diablo IV is finally here and it promises to be quite exciting. Titled Assembly Seasonthe third season of Blizzard’s popular game brings a host of new features, improvements and challenges for Sanctuary hack’n’slashers.
The main new features of the Assembly Season
In this new season, fans can expect several exciting additions to the game, such as:
- Of the seasonal dungeons specific, with unique mechanisms to master
- The introduction of Sénéchal companion for a more strategic gaming experience
- Notable gameplay improvements, such as the addition of ZQSD controls and additional chests
- News stones of control and harmony allowing players to further customize their character and make the most of their power
- Class buffs of all kinds
- No new uber-boss
- A sort of ladder/ranking based on your ability to slay quickly and well
Seasonal Dungeons: The Vaults
Major new feature this season, the Cellars are specific dungeons first introduced in Season 3. Although players have not yet tested these mysterious dungeons, it is certain that they will offer new challenges. To see how Blizzard will populate these Elite Vaults and how they will organize the loot. Loot which should finally scale with the level of your character! No more level 650 items when your character is lvl 100!
The Sénéchal companion: a new strategic dimension
With the appearance of Sénéchal companion, Diablo IV gains strategic depth. This powerful ally can be equipped with Control and Harmony Stones to optimize his skills and aid the player in their quest through Sanctuary. Mastering this new friend will be one of the keys to progressing effectively in the endgame of season 3.

Notable improvements to the game
In a constant effort to improve the user experience, Blizzard listened to player feedback and implemented several adjustments in this new update:
- ZQSD controls: allowing players better maneuverability and greater precision in moving their character
- Additional trunk: facilitating inventory management and distribution of rare and precious objects
The stones of control and harmony, key to taking advantage of your Seneschal
To maximize the abilities of your seneschal companion, you will need to master the stones of control and harmony. These items allow you to fine-tune the Seneschal’s performance and further customize your playstyle.
