A Look at the Galaxy Watch 6 and Watch 6 Classic: New on the Market

SamaGame, a German tech hub, has shown high-resolution press renders of the upcoming Galaxy Watch 6 and Watch 6 Classic. Intriguingly, these timepieces may bring back a long-forgotten characteristic.

To begin, let’s look at the Galaxy Watch 6. The slight design changes – a thinner overall structure, more delicate bezels, and pin buckle straps – are visible in the recently leaked designs. The 40mm and 44mm sizes are available in a polished cream and a vivid sky blue, respectively.

According to these digital images, the rear glass will be made of Saffire crystal and will support GPS on both the 40mm and 44mm variants. The 44mm variant is also likely to have LTE support. They will be water-resistant up to 5ATM, and the display will be protected by Saffire glass. The classic button layout on the right side of the shell is retained on the timepieces.

Moving on to the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, the leaked images show it in elegant black and gray tones. The 43mm and 47mm variants are expected to reintroduce the useful rotating crown feature alongside more reduced bezels. This Classic model will, predictably, include Sapphire glass protection on both sides, as well as LTE and GPS functionality. It will also be water-resistant to 5ATM. The stitched leather strap design on the Classic model will most likely enhance its elegant appeal.

Beyond the Appearance: The Galaxy Watch 6’s Features

The Galaxy Watch 6 range’s leaked photos promise more than just great looks. They come with a slew of health and fitness-related functions, as well as projected battery life improvements. Both the regular and classic variants are believed to use Samsung’s own Exynos W930 CPU, however the latest Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 chipset cannot be ruled out.

Furthermore, these cutting-edge smartwatches are expected to ship with WearOS 4, offering customers with a plethora of functions straight out of the box.

We expect concrete facts on the Galaxy Watch 6 series to emerge as the launch date approaches. Stay tuned for further information, and please share your views and expectations in the comments section below!
