“Without cutting a hair.” ‘The Ministry of Time’, unceremoniously plagiarized on the BBC with ‘The Ministry of Time’

Some of you may remember the controversy of ‘Timeless’, an NBC series that plagiarized, without many remorse, ‘The Ministry of Time’. The Spanish series had started the previous year and was on the crest of the wave, which led to a trial with subsequent settlement. Now, with Javier Olivares’ series apparently (and only apparently) over, plagiarism has returned, more blatant than ever, from the United Kingdom.

UK stealing? It had never happened!

It is the BBC that has announced that filming of ‘The ministry of time’ begins, based on a yet-to-be-published novel by first-time author Kaliane Bradley. In the series we will follow a group of chosen characters over the time they They will have a patrol in the 21st century through which to solve problems in the time flow. If it sounds familiar to you, it’s because… it’s exactly the same as the TVE series.

The series will be produced by A24, in a move very unlike them, and will have six episodes in which this group of “temporary expatriates” will have to adapt to the present, form friendships, accept that everyone they know is dead and even, perhaps, love will arise. And all this with a mystery in the background that affects the Ministry itself.. Javier Olivares, creator of ‘The Ministry of Time’, is singing, of course.
