World War 3 closer to the official premiere? The creators will be supported by MY.GAMES

IN BRIEF:

  • The Farm 51 studio and MY.GAMES teamed up to expand World War 3;
  • the list of novelties for the project is led by: the Asian war theater, a rebuilt character development system and improved controls, as well as a redesigned interface;
  • “Soon” the game will not be available for purchase through Steam Early Access, but those who have already done so will be able to continue playing.
  • The native studio The Farm 51 and MY.GAMES have established cooperation to expand the game World War 3. This cooperation is to result in the introduction of numerous novelties to this project. The largest of them will be to provide players with the Asian theater of the conflict title. In addition, the authors announce that they will take up the movement system, and design the interface and character development system from scratch. Weapon modification will also be available, and people who have not had any contact with this project will receive tutorials introducing the meanders of the game. Veterans (but not only) should be pleased with the news of the new modes, which will be introduced based on the voice of the community (as well as additional maps, previously unavailable arsenal and cosmetic additions).

    Will World War 3 still win the hearts of players?

    Due to the fact that the project somehow returns to the drawing board, players are to “soon” be deprived of the possibility of purchasing it as part of Steam Early Access. Those who have done so before will not only be able to continue the game, but will also receive rewards in the form of cosmetic additions and veteran status when the item goes on sale again. When will it happen? We will have more information on this later this year.

    Kamil Bilczynski, the creative director of World War 3, claims that the cooperation with MY.GAMES will enable his team to make the title a product on a global scale, and at the same time it will allow developers to introduce some cuts and scale up the project while maintaining its original vision. The MY.GAMES company argues that World War 3 has “enormous potential” that has not yet been used.

    Recall that World War 3 debuted (with big problems) in Steam Early Access in October 2018. While the game sold great at first, it began losing players in November, and a year later, in the evenings, about a hundred people played with it. In February this year, The Farm 51 decided to unite the regions so people from all over the world could play together. Time will tell if the cooperation with MY.GAMES will breathe new life into this project.
