“You used your cell phone for 3 hours less in the last week than before” – Samsung Galaxy cell phones send you such a notification every Sunday. Behind this is the so-called “Android weekly report”, in which the usage time of your cell phone and various apps is meticulously logged.
The feature is part of the “Digital Wellbeing” function, which is intended to help you use your cell phone responsibly and also take time out from WhatsApp and the like. If the notification is annoying, you can easily turn it off. To do this you have to proceed as follows.
