Some players may ask themselves, what does it actually look like when it comes to making your own music in Sims 4 on the PS4?
The Sims 4 PS4: Insert your own music?
The short answer to the question is, unlike on the PC, in the PS4 version of The Sims 4 you cannot insert your own music and play it in the game. This is simply because on the PS4 you cannot simply move and paste music files into the “Custom Music” folder in the installation directory. So far there is no mod support on the PlayStation 4 with which you could possibly implement this by, for example, copying the music files to a USB stick and then connecting it to the PS4.
In summary, you can say that no, in the current PS4 version of The Sims 4 you can NOT insert your own music and hear it in the game via the game or building music. If anything changes in the future, we will of course add the information here.
