Although the idea is great, the implementation was not very smooth from the developers. The fatigue option does not work well and even affects players who are fresh. This causes immense problems for users who manage teams and players in the wrong way and are not able to play with new players.
The best way to deal with progressive fatigue is to turn it off completely. Follow the steps below to disable the feature.
- Access the gear icon in the main menu.
- Select now Game Choice.
- Scroll down and find Fatigue below the player cursors.
- To turn fatigue off, drag the slider to zero.
This is the easiest way to manage starters who do not participate in matches.
