One of the Dsquared2 designers closes his show in drag queen

So many surprises at the new Dsquared2 show at Milan Fashion Week! To present their new collection for next winter, Dean and Dan Caten, the twins at the head of the disruptive Italian brand, imagined a clever cloning system during this fall-winter 2024-2025 show.

If the first models appeared in everyday looks with a retro-grunge spirit, they then passed through a “makeover machine” to reveal their double identity in a more sartorial and sensual outfit. For the occasion, Dsquared2 recruited 24 pairs of twins like the designer duo of the luxury brand.

Dean and Dan Caten also closed the show in a masterful way by also playing with this transformation system. The first paraded in a tailoring ensemble inspired by the 70s with bootcut pants and a semi-transparent shirt open on the torso. The second appeared with a strapless evening dress and a pair of stilettos highlighted by make-up over the top and an orange drag queen-style wig. A happening unexpected to close this parade with thunderous applause and encouragement from the assembly
