The ESLAND 2024 finally receives a change that will greatly benefit TheGrefg’s awards gala. There will be a professional jury away from fanaticism

2024 will begin in style with the celebration in Andorra of the ESLAND. The live content creation awards gala directed by TheGrefg will return in the best possible way, as it has finally announced that there will be significant changes regarding voting.

Through a live video with Pol, a content creator who explained last year the most effective process for this type of awards, all the changes that will come to the third edition of the ESLAND were announced, being the selection of nominees and the final votes the most outstanding.

After several discussions, it has been concluded that professionals should have much more weight in the votes than the general public. This has led to the fact that, after two years of controversy, the distribution of votes is 25% for the public and 75% for the creators of content.

Important and necessary changes for ESLAND 2024

They will exist two types of categories: the professional ones and the popular ones. In the popular ones, the public will have 50% of the votes and those that have the most weight in the community will be included, such as ‘clip of the year’ or ‘anger of the year’. As for the professional categories, instead of being chosen by the people, will be decided through statistical analysis to avoid meaningless nominations. Thus, the 10 best in each category in terms of views and hours recorded will go to the final phase.

Once the content creators have been chosen in each category, you can vote for 4 candidates from all the nominees in order of preference. It should be noted that these votes will not begin until next year, since this will allow an analysis to be made based on the entire year. It seems that Grefg wants to find the formula for the ESLAND to last beyond a trilogy that stands out more for its controversies than for the awards themselves.
