The construction and demolition contractor simulator Demolish & Build 3 will be released for Xbox in 2025.
Demolish & Build 3 will be released in 2025 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4|5 and Nintendo Switch, Demolish Games announced.
The physics-based construction and demolition contractor simulator features features such as the advanced destruction system, extensive management options and realistic vehicle controls.
Demolish & Build 3 will be released for PC in the second quarter of this year. A free prologue has also been available on Steam since March 1st.
Demolish & Build 3 is a new part of the simulator about the owner of a construction and demolition company. The game primarily focuses on carrying out various demolition and construction jobs, as well as developing and managing the company.
The game’s special feature is its realistic destruction system. Each fragment is made of a specific material with unique parameters, e.g. B. resistance to various types of damage. Taking into account the mutual influence of individual objects and structures ensures even more realism.
Demolish & Build 3 will be a completely new start for the series – with a new and more realistic approach, higher quality and a whole range of unique solutions.
In Demolish & Build 3 Prologue, players will find the first 3 missions from the full game, which last an average of 1-1.5 hours. In the free prologue you can try out a skid steer loader and an excavator, among other things, and learn the basic game mechanics.
