[HOT] : Loop Hero: How do I get Camp Supply Items?

Supplies are special items in Loop Hero. You can get them once you’ve built the Supply Depot in your camp, and they’re another branch of persistent upgrades. They can drop in the battlefield, but you can also craft them in the base. There are a lot of them, and figuring out how they work and which are the best to choose can be daunting. That’s why we decided to write a Loop Hero Supply guide, to tell you everything you need to know.

Loop Hero Supply

How do I get camp supplies items?

In order to start getting items from the Supply Camp, you need to build a Supply Depot in your camp. This will unlock the supplies menu and you will start receiving them randomly on the battlefield. It also unlocks the ability to craft said artifacts. Crafting is random – you can only choose the item type, and the game chooses which item from that category you will receive. There are four categories: furniture, food, jewelry, and tools.

How do I increase the supply item limit?

The only way to increase the number of supplies you can bring on Expeditions is by building Mud Huts. Once you have everything built, you can cover every inch of available camp space with mud huts. We suggest you build them all first, then upgrade them slowly as you go – it’s more cost effective. Each mud hut will give you an additional equipped slot and upgrading them will only increase the number.

Best Supply Camp Items

The best items to carry will depend somewhat on your class and approach, but some of them are clearly better than others and should be given a higher priority.

The Earl’s Chair grants you + 1% Vampirism if you already have it. Having between 90 and 100 of these means that with a single piece of gear giving you any amount of vampirism, every point of damage you deal will come back as HP. assemble during shipping. We like to stack as much as possible. More health is always better. Farmer’s Scythe gives you a 5% chance to get a ration while walking through a wheat field, and 3% of your damage becomes damage for all. This means that if you stack 33 of them, any damage you deal with each attack will be applied to everyone – and the original target will take 200% damage. In addition, you will have a 150% chance of receiving a ration through the wheat, which goes well with the ancient board. The blacksmith’s hammer gives you +1 defense. The rare book gives you +1 defense for each card. from your hand, but Mixed Nuts gives you +2 max HP for each point of defense – pairs well with Blacksmith’s Hammer and Rare Book. Alchemist Shelf gives you an additional potion slot. Exquisit Mirror gives you a 6% chance to deflect lightning or damage magic at a random enemy. Having 17 of them increases this chance by over 100%. Old Paint increases boss damage by 4%. Stacking 25 of them doubles the damage you deal to bosses.

[HOT] : Loop Hero: How to craft and dismantle items, and calculate the power of enemies?

How to craft and dismantle objects?

This section of the guide presents the inner workings of the item crafting part of the Loop Hero game. You will learn how to craft new items. You will also learn how to destroy them to harvest resources. A summary table lists the resources needed to make the different categories of objects.

Make an object

Once the Reserve is built, you have access to the “Craft” tab in the menu to the right of the camp screen. From there you can craft items that your hero can equip for his next expeditions. Each crafting item requires different resources depending on the category to which the crafted item belongs.

It is not possible to choose or predict which item will be made, chance reigns supreme over this aspect of Loop Hero’s gameplay.

Category Manufacturing cost
Furniture 5x Stable wood 2x Metamorphosis
Tools 5x Stable metal 2x Metamorphosis
Food 5x Food portion 2x Metamorphosis
Jewelry 5x Orb of Expansion 2x Metamorphosis

Dismount an object

Since the result of the crafted item is random, there will come a time when your stockpile will be filled with plenty of Exemplary Goods. Thus, the option “Dismount”, makes the selected object disappear in exchange for some resources.

Category Resources recovered
Furniture 1x Stable wood 2x Noticeable change
Tools 1x Stable metal 2x Noticeable change
Food 1x Food portion 2x Noticeable change
Jewelry 1x Orb of expansion 2x Noticeable change

How to calculate the power of enemies?

In Loop Hero, your opponents will gain in power over successive loops. In other words, the more you loop, the more life and attack power your enemies gain.

It should be noted that the general difficulty of the game increases as you advance in successive chapters. The power buff is shown in the New Expedition Summary screen.

Screen

It is possible to derive a formula from it to calculate the power and the number of life points of the enemies according to the chapter and the current loop. This formula is as follows:

Base value x

In terms of precision and rounding, HP is always rounded up to the next whole number and damage per attack is rounded up to the second higher decimal place.

Application of the formula

For example in chapter 3, the enemies have strength and health increased by 5% and they increase by 4% per loop.

By taking a spider with 8VP, 3.1 of force,

In the 1st loop of the 3rd chapter, the spider has the following statistics:

  • Point of view : 8PV x 1st loop x ( 1 + 5% ) x ( 1 + ( 1st loop – 1 ) x 4%) ⇒ 8 x 1 x 1,05 x (1 + ( 0 x 0,04 ) ) = 9 PV
  • Force : 3.3 Force x 1st loop x ( 1 + 5% ) x ( 1 + ( 1st loop – 1 ) x 4%) ⇒ 3.3 x 1 x 1.05 x (1 + (0 x 0.04)) = 3.47 damage per attack

In the 5th loop of the 3rd chapter, the spider has the following statistics:

  • Point of view : 8PV x 5th loop x ( 1 + 5% ) x ( 1 + ( 5th loop – 1 ) x 4%) ⇒ 8 x 5 x 1,05 x (1 + 0,16 ) = 16 PV
  • Force : 3.3 Force x 5th loop x ( 1 + 5% ) x ( 1 + ( 5th loop – 1 ) x 4%) ⇒ 3.3 x 5 x 1.05 x (1 + 0.16) = 10.51 damage per attack

[HOT] : Loop Hero: How to use mods and cheat engine?

As with most blockbuster PC titles, the Loop hero the player base is looking to increase the game with mods. There are downloadable changes and even a Loop Hero cheat engine, but an upgrade doesn’t require a fresh install. By editing the game .ini file, players increase game speed to complete executions in record time. Unfortunately, this trick has negative consequences.

Are Loop Hero mods and cheat engine safe to use?

Loop Hero by Four Quarters is an instant indie favorite; the game is currently only available on PC, but already more than 500,000 copies have been sold. Following its success, the development team detailed their future update plans. It is also desirable to release mobile and console versions at a later date. In the meantime, however, users are looking to extend the current content suite with third-party solutions.

Loop Hero is an offline single player game, which means there is no risk of downloading, installing, and using legitimate mods and cheat engines. However, modifying the existing .ini game file can cause serious gameplay issues. Modifying the Loop Hero game files can interrupt player health regeneration, enemy spawns, and necromancer character class.

By modifying Loop Hero’s .ini file to speed up the game, players are essentially turning the necro class into a time bomb. Summons can start dying so quickly that their death animations don’t complete in time for the necromancer to summon them again. Without a horde of undead skeletons to do whatever they want, the necromancer will automatically attack enemies and likely die in the process.

This unfortunate side effect ends many players’ races, sometimes when they have many completed loops. Fortunately, getting back to that point will be relatively quick with the .ini speed mod – using a different class this time, of course.

Interested in checking out Loop Hero? Here is a legitimate way to download the deleted demo and play the free trial through Steam.

Make Loop Hero move at a faster speed with your own modding skills

Developer Four Quarters only recently launched their latest project, Loop Hero, with great success. The Infinite Adventure tasks the chosen hero with repeating a time loop in order to defeat the evil Lich and save the world. Players have the ability to tinker with gear, change the world, and affect enemies around them before embarking on a new expedition. With its accessible design and a downright addictive gameplay loop, it’s easy to see why many love this new game, including the reviews of PC Invasion. However, one fundamental aspect of the game could be improved and that is speed. Even at double speed, the game can go a bit slow. Now, thanks to a small mod, you can make Loop Hero spin at a faster speed.

You’ll have to do the tuning yourself, but it’s a fairly straightforward task. All you have to do is dive into the in-game files for a quick edit. Go to the Steam / steamapps / common / Loop Hero directory. There you will find the variables.ini file. Just open it with your favorite text editor. You will need to locate the game_speed value, and this is where you can make the necessary changes.

The default speed from now on is 60. You can easily double or triple this speed, and the mod will allow your Loop Hero to go through many loops much faster. However, this change has other consequences.

Speedy Gonzales

The community has reported that increasing the speed could disrupt the rest of the game. Some say the Treasure pays less when surrounded after the Loop Hero speed mod, which can affect those who like their gargoyles. You’ll have to decide if it’s all worth it.

Game achievements will trigger, however, even if the game recognizes that the ini file has been modified.

Hopefully the developer of Loop Hero provides an official way to speed up the game, but this mod is all we need to work with right now. This awesome game is still for sale on Steam. Of course, if you’d rather slow things down, but still want to get a head start, be sure to check out our Loop Hero guides.

[HOT] : Loop Hero How to gain experience and special characteristics Part one

In Loop Hero, you can upgrade your hero’s skills outside of Expeditions. One of the upgrades that will really impact your adventures is gaining experience to level up. And with them you gain special characteristics. These are passive powers that are triggered automatically. To get there, you need to build the Gymnasium.

Gain experience and levels

From the moment the Gymnasium is built, the interface of an expedition updates with the addition of an experience bar on the right.

For each enemy killed, the hero gains experience which visually translates into a progression of the yellow bar below the character’s health bar. Once the bar is complete, the hero gains a level. This leveling up is indicated by an arrow with the appearance of a characteristic icon at the top of the screen.

It is by clicking on this cross that you access the screen to choose special characteristics among 3 characteristics taken at random from a predefined list.

Unlock new special features

Certain characteristics can be unlocked by killing the bosses of the game. At the end of a victorious fight against a boss, a screen invites you to choose a special characteristic among 3 characteristics that you do not know yet. Thus, you can unlock up to three new abilities per boss. The remaining abilities are to be unlocked by killing the 4th boss which has no limit to the number of special abilities he can teach you.

Each learned ability is added to a basket of abilities in which the game will draw 3 to offer them to you when your hero gains a level.

Common characteristics and class characteristics

The characteristics are classified into two categories:

  • Common characteristics are made available regardless of the class played during an expedition. You can find a full list of common features in the next section of this guide.
  • Characteristics specific to each class which, as the name suggests, are only offered on condition of playing the corresponding class. For example, the Double Blade which allows attacking two simultaneous targets is only available to the Thief. To discover the class characteristics, visit the dedicated guide pages:
    • Warrior

The warrior is the very first class (and the only one) available at the start of the game. He is a polivalent warrior who wields both sword and shield. Its strength comes mainly from the points of life which it can accumulate coupled with a large defense to take the maximum damage. He manages to defeat his opponents according to different builds, for example with the damage return of his helmet (requires the golden arsenal card) or with a build focused on counter-attacks.

    Warrior class

When starting a new game, you play the Warrior. It is impossible to choose another class in the first hours of play. Eventually, you will be able to build buildings in the camp to unlock new cards, collect new resources and finally unlock the thief or even unlock the necromancer. Before you get there, know that the warrior class is more than enough to kill the Lich.

    Equipment

To defeat the boss, you will have to exploit the strengths offered by the Warrior. He is a fighter who has no particular weakness sincehe can equip himself with a weapon, a shield, an armor and a ring. This equipment allows him to be versatile to resist with a Defense that can climb high and Damage Per Second quite satisfactory. These DPS are increased by playing in particular on the attack speed and looting weapons of higher levels.

    Attributes

Making a fight last can be particularly effective since Warrior’s attack power increases by 2% per second during combat. This power buff is reset with each fight.

Here are the attributes of the Warrior’s gear:

    • Damage x – y: Expressed with a minimum value and a maximum value.
    • Damage to all: Inflicts damage to all opponents on the battlefield (enemies on ranged squares such as worms are not hit).
    • Health point regeneration per second.
    • % Vampirism: Steals health from enemies that take damage while you gain it.
    • Attack Speed: Increases the number of attacks per second.
    • Counterattack in%: Chance to respond to an opponent’s attack.
    • Evasion in%: Chance of not being subjected to the attack and its adverse effects.
    • Defense: Increases resistance to enemy attacks.

    Special Warrior Skills (Gym)

Each class has special skills that can be unlocked when you have built the Gym at Camp. It’s not certain that you need to get there for this first chapter, but for more, check out the Warrior Class Ability Guide.

    • Thief

The Thief is the second class you will be taken to play in Loop Hero. You will discover a whole new way of going on an expedition which can be confusing as the game mechanics are different compared to the warrior. This guide gives you some essential information to understand how to play this rogue class.

Although it seems difficult to master the inner workings to create a formidable thief, in this section you will find some tips on stats and equipment. The construction of your character must necessarily be accompanied by a deck whose cards have been chosen precisely in order to maximize your chances of reaching the bosses. In addition to the mechanics specific to the thief, you will discover which tiles to place and which to avoid in order to keep control of the fights.
