For those naughty boys and girls, you can even choose your genitals, but for some players that wasn’t enough. This is where mods come in and one mod has really become the talk of the town thanks to its… magnification capabilities.

In Baldur’s Gate 3 you can be anyone and anything. You can also have any genitals you want, regardless of gender. Yes, you can choose “female” and have a big between your legs. Your character, your choice and we are not here to judge.

Now this mod doesn’t just make the female orc half thicker, no it enlarges all the way genital… which in an adventure could be quite painful and very embarrassing, but that’s games video, so let’s not think too much about physics, huh?
Unfortunately, the mod is only available for female half-orc characters. Other species and genera will have to line up and wait their turn for a mod like this, but that might be on the way, as the comments under this one ask for more variety.
