Anyone who has already spent an hour or two in the game world of Days Gone may have played one or two missions that they would have preferred to skip, depending on the level of difficulty. In this situation the question often arises: can you skip a mission in Days Gone? How can you cancel and skip a mission that has already started?
Days Gone: Can you skip a mission?
The short answer is, no, unlike the Horde missions and challenges, you cannot cancel or skip the story missions in Days Gone. If you get stuck in a mission, you can’t simply skip the story mission at the push of a button and continue with the next mission. If the difficulty of the mission is too high, you can change the difficulty level in the settings, provided you have set the normal difficulty level when you start the game. Afterwards, the mission is usually no longer a big challenge.
- Open the pause menu in the game and then access the options.
- Under the “Gameplay” tab you can now set the difficulty level at the top and, for example, switch from “Normal” to “Easy”.
By the way, in the current version of the game you cannot switch from “Easy” or “Normal” to “Hard” or “Survival”.
By the way, if you play the new PC version of Days Gone, you can also use cheats or, more precisely, trainers and use them to cheat, among other things, infinite health and infinite ammunition. Even though the game was only released a few days ago, a trainer for the game has now been released. In addition to infinite health and ammunition, there are also nice features such as infinite stamina, one-hit kill and a damage multiplier with which you can increase the damage dealt.
