Days Gone: Can you skip a mission?

The short answer is, no, unlike the Horde missions and challenges, you cannot cancel or skip the story missions in Days Gone. If you get stuck in a mission, you can’t simply skip the story mission at the push of a button and continue with the next mission. If the difficulty of the mission is too high, you can change the difficulty level in the settings, provided you have set the normal difficulty level when you start the game. Afterwards, the mission is usually no longer a big challenge.

  1. Open the pause menu in the game and then access the options.
  2. Under the “Gameplay” tab you can now set the difficulty level at the top and, for example, switch from “Normal” to “Easy”.

By the way, in the current version of the game you cannot switch from “Easy” or “Normal” to “Hard” or “Survival”.

By the way, if you play the new PC version of Days Gone, you can also use cheats or, more precisely, trainers and use them to cheat, among other things, infinite health and infinite ammunition. Even though the game was only released a few days ago, a trainer for the game has now been released. In addition to infinite health and ammunition, there are also nice features such as infinite stamina, one-hit kill and a damage multiplier with which you can increase the damage dealt.

Depending on which vehicle or truck and trailer you are traveling with, it is not that easy to get through the streets and paths that are sometimes very difficult to navigate at night. Even if you turn on the lights and all-round lighting, it is still very dark in some places and you can hardly see anything. The question arises, how to fast forward time in SnowRunner and skip the night?

If you want to fast forward time in SnowRunner and skip the night or even the day (maybe there are some players who like to be out and about at night), then you just have to open the map and in the PC Press the T button in the PS4 version, the triangle button in the PS4 version or the Y button in the Xbox One version. The time of day or time then changes at the top left of the location. Even if you cannot set the time to the exact minute, pressing the button once will change the time to the next time of day. If you want to load a save game on the PS5 directly from the main menu and thus skip the intro, you can do so very easily by selecting the game in the main menu (do not start it!), pressing the control pad down and then clicking under “Activities “ selects the “score”. The trophies that can still be unlocked in the game are also displayed under the activities.

Unfortunately, there is a feature to load the save file directly and intros don’t skip in every game (for whatever reason). Unlike in PC games, there is unfortunately no way to skip the intros on the PS5, for example by simply deleting the video files from the intros or changing something in a configuration file. If you can’t load the save game via the activities, then you can’t skip the game intros either.

Anyone who has spent an hour or two in Lakeshore City will probably have noticed the music in the background. Depending on what other music you listen to, one player likes the soundtrack quite well and another doesn’t like it so much. The question arises, how can you change the music? Are there such things as different radio stations and how can you introduce or skip a song?

Change music and skip song?

Yes, you can change the music in Need for Speed ​​Unbound, but for whatever reason you have to change a setting in the audio settings.

  1. Open the pause menu in the game and open the settings.
  2. In the “Audio” settings you will find the “Free driving music” option a little further down. By default the setting is “Automatic”. Music is played permanently using “Always”, but you can then skip a song using the control pad to the right. There is no manual selection of a song; you simply have to skip through the playlist.
  3. By the way, there are no radio stations in Need for Speed ​​Unbound, just the soundtrack, which you can skip through as described above. Unfortunately, there is no way to permanently remove individual songs from the playlist in the game.

Insert your own music?

Similar to its predecessor in the form of NfS Heat, you cannot insert your own music into the game in the new NfS Unbound. There is no folder where you can simply move an MP3 file and then play it in the game. An alternative would be to disable music in the game and then leave Spotify or another streaming service running in the background (works on PC as well as PS5 and Xbox Series).

FIFA 23 Career Mode: Turn off and skip training?

Training can improve playing skills and at the same time improve players’ grit, but this comes at the expense of fitness. If a player doesn’t train regularly, his fitness improves but at the same time his bite decreases. The bite in turn increases the performance of the players and only “biteful games” can achieve their full potential.

Simulate and skip training?

As in the older FIFA parts, you can also simulate a training session in the new FIFA 23 and the career mode. In order to get the best possible results in the form of the “Best Grade”, you cannot avoid playing the training sessions yourself. If you don’t care about the training results, you can also simulate the training and thus “skip the manual training”. All you have to do is select the training day and then click on the “Simulate everything” button instead of playing the next exercise.

Turn off training

If you are not interested in the training at all, you can simply remove the training sessions from the weekly plan. To switch off the training, you have to select the weekly schedule in the headquarters and can then remove or change the training from the planning under the “schedule rules” on the right. Of course, you can change the schedule rules at any time if you change your mind about training and want to reintroduce it.
