Transport Fever 2 Find worms: Follow the clue solution

Where can you find the worms in Transport Fever 2 and how can you dig them up? The question will probably be something like this from one or two players who have bought the new transport and economic simulation from Urban Games and are now in the process of playing through the campaign. In addition to the main missions, the campaign also has some bonus tasks and not all of them are self-explanatory. There is, among other things, the stone circle puzzle Craigh na Dun but also the thing with the fastest worm in Mexico and the task “Follow the clue”. Here you are asked, among other things, to look for the marked spot in one of the northern bays or south of the forest and look for worms there.

Transport Fever 2: The Fastest Worm in Mexico

Two questions usually arise in the bonus task. Firstly, where to find the worms and secondly, how to dig up the worms.

To find the worms you simply have to look for blue markings on the map. Specifying the cardinal direction in the description doesn’t really help you with the solution, as you can’t have the cardinal points displayed (at least we haven’t been able to find a compass yet). Find a function or something similar in the game). If you search the map a bit, you’ll find the blue marking on the ground quite quickly. A little tip: it’s best not to zoom out that far, otherwise you can quickly miss the markings.

Once you have found one of the blue markings, you now have to dig up the worms. If you have to dig something up as part of a bonus task in Transport Fever 2, you can usually do this using the terrain tool in the form of the subsidence tool. Digging up the worms works in a similar way to the bonus task with digging up the gems, for which we have already created a short guide.

Can you actually cheat your way to infinite money in Transport Fever 2 and if so, what cheats are there for the game?

Transport Fever 2: Stone Circle Puzzle Solution

How does the stone circle puzzle actually work in Transport Fever 2? What exactly is meant by the stone circle puzzle and where can I find the solution? Anyone who plays the campaign in the new transport, traffic and economic simulation will probably ask themselves the same question sooner or later and since we are probably not alone in this, we have created a short guide and a solution to the little puzzle here.

Solve stone circle puzzles: Here’s how

In the second mission of the Transport Fever 2 campaign you have to complete the task “Craigh na Dun” and this is where the stone circle on the map comes into play. On the map you can see a circular road with stones. The stones serve as a stop and a carriage drives from one stone to the next stone. At first you think, what is the mystery here and what does the game want with the description “The stones don’t reveal their secret to everyone. Prove that you are worthy of their miracle. How to accomplish this? “It’s written in the stars”? In addition, you are given the hint to modify the line of the carriage and have it leave in a secret form.

After some trial and error, we came up with the solution. All you have to do here is depict a star using the lines. To do this, first remove all stops (if they haven’t already been done) and create a new line. Then you start at any point and always connect the opposite point or, in other words, every other stone. This creates a line in the shape of a star (screenshot with the solution follows). Although the line doesn’t make much sense from a purely economic point of view, the stone circle puzzle is solved and you can take care of new missions and tasks in Transport Fever 2.

Install and activate Transport Fever 2 mods: Here’s how

How to install Transport Fever 2 mods? How and above all where can you activate or deactivate the installed mods? This question will probably be asked by some players who have purchased the second part of the popular transport and economic simulation and would like to use one or another modification. As in the first part, you can also install various mods in Transport Fever 2 and then activate them in the game. In addition to useful scripts, there is also a lot of other cosmetic content with which you can expand the game. The only question is, how can you install the modifications, under which path can you find the storage location for the mods and how can you then activate them in the game?

Transport Fever 2: Install mods

If you play Transport Fever 2 on Steam, you can download the mods from the Steam Workshop and install them directly in the game. Alternatively, you can download the Transport Fever 2 mods manually and then have to install them manually. But don’t worry because the installation is quite easy once you do it once.

  1. Of course, the first thing you have to do is download the mod. The download usually takes place as a ZIP file in which the mod is packed.
  2. Once you have downloaded the mod files, you have to move the contents of the ZIP file with folder into the “mods” folder, which is located in the Transport Fever 2 installation directory, e.g. “D:\..\Transport Fever 2\mods“ or for a Steam installation “D:\..\Steam\SteamApps\common\Transport Fever\mods“.

It is important that the mod is in a subfolder and that the individual mod files are not moved directly into the mods folder.

Activate mods

If you have installed the Transport Fever 2 mods by simply moving a subfolder with the mod files into the mods folder, then you still have to activate the mod in the game.

  1. First you start Transport Fever 2, switch to a free game and then select a map.
  2. In the next step you can open the “Settings” at the top right and all available mods will be displayed in the advanced game settings. Here you can activate or deactivate the mods individually.
  3. Once you have selected and activated the mods, click on “Save” at the bottom right and load the game via “Start” at the bottom right.

Transport Fever 2: Prevent meeting solution

How to solve the “Prevent Hit” bonus task in Transport Fever 2? What exactly is meant by preventing a meeting and where can I find a solution? This may be the case for one or other player of the new Transport Fever 2 who is currently doing the campaign and has the task “Prevent meeting” among the bonus tasks “Ikutsk Sable Breeding Club”. Since we are probably not the only players who don’t know what it means right away when solving the task and therefore don’t get anywhere, we have created a short guide with a solution for the mission in this article.

Transport Fever 2: Prevent Meeting Mission

The description of the “Prevent Meeting” mission states “Find the conspiracy meeting points and demolish them! Through precise filtering, the 3 meeting points become visible.” If you click through all the filters at the top left and apply them once, then many players will certainly not find anything at first.

The solution requires you to use the “land use” filter to find the meeting points of the sable breeders’ club. If you have activated the land use filter, almost all buildings are shown in color, except for the “House of the Sable Breeders’ Association”, of which there are three. The house is quite small, so it’s relatively easy to miss if you have the filter activated. The three houses are all in the city, one of the houses is a bit hidden because it is covered by a large tree.

In order to solve or complete the mission “Prevent meeting” you simply have to destroy the three houses of the sable breeding club with the bulldozer and the bonus task is completed.

Transport Fever 2: Unearthing Gems Walkthrough

How and where can you dig up the gems in Transport Fever 2? Where can you find the gemstones and how can you dig them out of the ground? This or at least something similar will probably be the question asked by one or other player who is currently playing the campaign of the new Transport Fever 2 and is attached to the bonus edition “Stones and Shamans”. Since the bonus tasks in Transport Fever 2 in particular can be quite tricky, for example the Craigh na Dun task with the stone circle puzzle or the Prevent Meeting task, we have created a short guide to the task with digging up gemstones here.

Excavate gemstones mission

When you get the bonus issue with the gemstones, you get, among other things, the message “The stones should be found on the steepest slope in the southwest.” Depending on how you turn the camera, the question often arises: where is the southwest anyway? Unfortunately, there is no compass in Transport Fever 2 with which you can display the cardinal points (at least we haven’t been able to find a display in the game yet). For this reason you have to turn the camera a little, because the gems are on a steep slope on a mountain that is obscured depending on the camera setting (the mountains on the side without the river).

Here you will find a steep slope on a mountain with a red circle. The circle indicates the location of the gemstones. Now you can dig up the gems by selecting the terrain tools at the bottom and then the subsidence tools there. You can then use the sinking tool to “dig” at the spot with the red circle and you should have found the gemstones. You then have to bring the gemstones back to the shaman and the bonus task “Stones and Shamans” is successfully completed.

Making Transport Fever 2 Noise: Here’s How

How to make noise in Transport Fever 2? What do you have to do if you want to cause noise? The question will probably look something like this from one or other player who has bought the new Transport Fever 2 for the PC and is now stuck on the mission or bonus task. Since we are probably not alone with this question, we have created a short guide for the bonus task in this article.

Making noise in Transport Fever 2: Here’s how to do it

Even though many of the missions and tasks in Transport Fever 2 are relatively self-explanatory and can often be completed quickly, for example simple things like finding certain objects or creating a line, there are also some tasks where you can do something It makes you ponder and takes longer until you finally find the solution. When we were given the task of making noise, we asked ourselves what exactly that meant.

By “causing noise” we mean nothing other than using the bulldozer. If you are given the task and then use the bulldozer to destroy a tree, stone or other object such as a house and remove it from the map, then you have “caused noise”. For the task you have to remove or destroy a total of three objects and it will be successfully completed.

Solutions to other bonus tasks in Transport Fever 2

There are a few more tricky missions and bonus tasks in Transport Fever 2 for which we have created short guides. This includes, among others, the following tasks.

  • Digging up gemstones
  • Prevent meetings
  • Stone Circle Puzzle (Craigh na Dun)

Transport Fever 2: Build and remove traffic lights

How to build a traffic light in Transport Fever 2? How can you remove the traffic lights at an intersection? As the cities in Transport Fever 2 grow, sooner or later you’ll have to worry about traffic. Not only can more and, above all, wider streets with more lanes or things like a roundabout help, but traffic lights also make sense from a certain size. However, if the city is not that big, then depending on the street and structure, traffic lights don’t make that much sense and the question arises, how can you remove traffic lights? If you are currently asking yourself the same question, this short guide may be able to help you.

Transport Fever 2: Build and delete traffic lights

Unlike the tracks, where the path signal can be found directly under the “Rails” menu, the traffic lights are not displayed in the “Roads” menu. If you want to build a traffic light or remove automatically created traffic lights, then you have to carry out the following steps.

  1. The first thing you have to do is of course start the game and load your own save game (if you haven’t already done so) and go to the street or intersection with the traffic lights.
  2. Then click on the “data layer” at the top left, where you can select different levels. Here you select the third entry from the bottom, more precisely the “Road traffic” layer.
  3. If you look at an intersection with the “Road Traffic” layer activated, you should see a traffic light symbol there. If there is no traffic light at the intersection yet, you can remove it using the traffic light symbol. If there is already a traffic light at the intersection, you can delete it, regardless of whether it was built yourself or set automatically.

How can you actually build a roundabout in Transport Fever 2 and are there actually cheats that you can use to cheat your way to endless money?

Transport Fever 2 day-night change: is there such a thing?

Is there a day/night cycle in Transport Fever 2? How can you switch between day and night and where can you set the time? Something like this might be the question asked by some players who have bought the recently released transport and economic simulation from Urban Games. In the second part there is not only a better look, but also many other innovations, but what about a day and night change?

Transport Fever 2: Is there a day-night cycle?

The day-night cycle is certainly one of the features that some players wanted for the second part. In addition to the seasons, a realistic day/night change would certainly be a very nice feature. Unfortunately, the feature didn’t make it into the game, at least as far as the current version is concerned. Similar to its predecessor, there are already some mods for Transport Fever 2, including a night mode. If the mod is activated, a night mode will be activated in the game. Unfortunately, the mod “only” offers a night mode and no day-night change. The modification can be downloaded for free from the Steam Workshop and installed directly in the game (link to the Night mode mod in the Steam Workshop).

At the moment we can only hope that a dynamic day/night change will be integrated into Transport Fever 2 either by the developers or via a mod. If we find further information or a mod that integrates a day-night cycle into the game, we will of course link it here.

Tip: On the next page we have created a short guide on how you can subsequently activate Transport Fever 2 mods. Is there actually an infinite money cheat for Transport Fever 2 on the PC?

Transport Fever 2 Moving buildings: Is that possible?

How to move a building in Transport Fever 2? Can the buildings even be moved and changed in position later? One or two players of the new transport and economic simulation for the PC will probably ask themselves this question if they have accidentally placed an expensive building such as a train station or an airport in the wrong position. While an incorrectly placed road or rail can still be removed with a bulldozer and rebuilt without major loss, the situation is different for an expensive building such as a train station or airport. But how can these buildings be moved now?

Transport Fever 2: How to move a building?

The short answer is that in Transport Fever 2 the buildings cannot be moved so easily, unlike other economic simulations where you can often move the buildings back and forth at will. If you have accidentally built a building in the wrong position, the only way to change this is to demolish the building with the bulldozer and rebuild it in the desired position, which of course, depending on the building, will put a big hole in your virtual cash register .

There is one exception, however, and that includes the headquarters. You can move the headquarters in Transport Fever 2 at any time for a small fee. To do this you simply have to click on the building and then move it using the “Replace” button below.

If you’re bothered by the fact that you can’t move buildings in Transport Fever 2, sooner or later there might be a mod that makes this possible. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to find anything in the Steam Workshop so far.

Tip: This is how you can rotate the buildings in Transport Fever 2.

Transport Fever 2 Cure Nose: Collect Snake Willow Bushes

What exactly do you have to do in the “Heal Nose” task in Transport Fever 2? Where can you find the snake willow bushes and how can you collect them? The question from one or other player of the new transport and economic simulation from Urban Games will look like this or perhaps something similar. Since we are probably not alone with this question, we have created a short guide in this article on the task of healing the nose and the location of the necessary snake willow bushes.

Transport Fever 2: Heal Nose Solution

In the mission called Baghdad Railway you not only have to expand the food factory, connect the cities and acquire a railway line, but in the mission you also get the task “Heal your nose”. Contrary to what was initially thought (as is the case with many tasks in Transport Fever 2), you can complete the task relatively easily if you know where to look for the bush.

Collect snake willow bushes

The snake willow bush can be found at an altitude of between 220 and 230 meters, as you can see from the task description. What you have to do now is activate the layer for the height, open the bar with the layers at the top left and then click on the contour lines. Now you look for a mountain and remove or collect the bushes at the mentioned height between 220 and 230 meters. The height can be recognized by the different lines or contour lines. To collect the bushes you can’t just click on them, you have to use the bulldozer. So click on the bulldozer symbol in the bottom bar, remove three bushes at the appropriate height and the “Heal Nose” task in Transport Fever 2 will be shown as successfully completed.
