ZEvent | Stream for charity breaks record of donations, exceeding R $ 14 million
THE ZEvent it is a Twitch charity event which occurs once a year for the past three years, usually lasting at least 50 hours, spread across multiple streamers. In the past, they raised money for organizations like Save the Children and the Red Cross.
During the three days, this year’s ZEvent managed to reach more than € 3.2 million euros (more than R $ 14 million), breaking records on the channel and on Twitch in general. In the end, the event reached a total of € 3.5 million. This year’s record, will go to the Pasteur Institute, a French non-profit foundation that supports scientific studies in biology and medicine.
